Can’t tell if it works or not

These fit me fine, but were too small for my husband. He's been wearing one of the adjustable velcro bands that are reusable. I took this box to use for myself. These are disposable, and they don't go over the head. These stick on, and have a hydrogel that is both cooling and moisturizing.I can tell a difference after wearing just one 2-3 hours, but what I think is happening is that they compress the area causing a decrease in edema and fluid. They may not work as well if your problem is caused more by something other than inflammation. I think this would be a better option if you were preparing for a big event and didn't have a lot of time - like an upcoming wedding.These do seem a bit expensive for what they are and the number you get. I also think it would be nice if they came in sizes. My husband has a longer face, with a large chin and they don't fit him-. My face is smaller and I have a very small chin and I find them very comfortable.I am overweight, and my double chin is big, and these work fast on it. I suspect that these work faster for people with more fat and edema on their necks.

Pulls on your ears making it where you can’t keep it on long and the directions are all in Chinese U have no clue what it says! So because of that I have no results.

I try it 2 times already, very good. Love it.
