These are chewable if you want
I don’t like swallowing pills or taking oil from a spoon, so I bite into these and spit out the capsule which works great. No burps, no aftertaste.

Easier to swallow
Like the smaller size. They were completely clumped together on arrival but i chilled them then separated them. Strawberry is way better than fish taste. I still need to take these in applesauce as the shape isn’t smooth for me to swallow easily alone.

The strawberry flavoring is a wonderful mask for these fishy things. I'm pretty sure they work? I wish it cost a little less for a 1-month supply, because I don't want to get these from any other manufacturer but they go SO quickly.
