Forum Novelties Zombie Hand From Ground

I had to buy most of my Halloween decorations on amazon because Germans don't celebrate it like we do. Therefore, they don't have a great selection of decorations. Anyway, I went with products fulfilled and shipped by amazon, so that I would get them in time. This is the only reason I went with these. They shipped quickly and were here in about a week. That's basically the best thing about this item.Apparently I bought two, which was my fault. I should have paid better attention to my order. I wasn't too upset until I realized this item only comes in one format, and that is the left hand. So my idea of having two hands come up from the ground won't work very well. I'll have to use one indoors for something. Regardless, that's not that big of a deal. My biggest issue is the quality. The molds are a very cheap plastic, something a prize from a quarter vending machine would spit out. I know this because A LOT of the paint was chipped off exposing the plastic. It won't matter too much when it's dark out, but if any light shines on them, it's going to take away some of the effect.My recommendation is to only buy these if you are in a bind and can't find any other decorations. Otherwise, you should stear clear of these.

Not to bad for what it is. The base and the hand come apart which i liked (its held together with a screw). My wife repainted and made it look a little bit more real. But all and all its pretty cool.

My Mini Me requested a SPOOKY front yard complete with zombie hand coming out of the ground. I asked her "what is a zombie?" She has no idea, just that their hands come out of the ground and they are spooky. Anyways, I ordered it for her and she loved it. It does look pretty awesome. You should know this is made of very light weight plastic and there is no way to stake it into the ground, hence the three stars. Otherwise this is a great addition to any spooky display. I bought this to put in front of a styrofoam gravestone by my front steps. I think it looks good, for a zombie hand. The only problem that some people might have with it is that I found that I really needed to cover the bottom with mulch to make it look natural. So I suppose if you intend to use this, just be aware that it might look weird if you don't have dirt, leaves, or mulch to push up around it.

Pretty nice zombie hand. Looked great in my yard, neighborhood kids seemed to like it.

This does not have a way to prop up the hand. It falls down a lot. Just some more junk.

Arrived a very non realistic bright blue color. Not the color in the picture. I painted it with a grey color and it came out exatally like the picture shown. Have your grey paint handy if you want the picture above!
