I fell in bathrm 2 yrs ago, and again 2 months ago. I have neuropathy, and my left leg gave out (as I was standing up). I grabbed for my Walker but it wasn't braced against a wall, and it rolled away from me. Looked at dozens of handles and this was only one with antislip grip in center. Perfect!! And perfect diameter for grabbing. Room for fingers to wrap around. Nephew installed to bathroom sink cabinet next to commode. I've tested by grabbing and pulling and it don't move. Again... Perfect!!! (Not that I'm planning on falling again.)

This came with hollow wall fasteners for installation. I used 2 1/2 inch screws to attach to the 2X4 behind the tile and it is solid as a rock. A diamond tip drill bit is required for drilling through tile.

I wanted safety bars in my shower but hated the plain silver choices mostly because they didn't have a grip. These are perfect. The install exactly the same as the others but when you hold on to them you really feel like youhave a safe grip. We installed 2 different sizes...they're safe and the added bonus is they look better than the plain silver for a fantastic price !!

I really like these grab bars for my elderly mother. They are sturdy and attached to drywall nicely with the included anchor screws. My bathroom has chrome accents and they look nice in my bathroom, as far as grab bars go. I like the added off white section on the handle. Would definitely buy again.

If my husband can put this up...anyone can. Give him a mathproblem, and he can take the answer to the moon...Put your hand where you would be comfortable grabbing, measure 9 inches up from there..BINGO...Nice grip...

My son put these on for me and had no trouble. The hand grips are especially helpful as no slipping when I grab them. Love these for safety and comfort.
