- Tagines are hand-thrown from natural clay/clay soil and fired in the oven
- In this tagine you can prepare all kinds of dishes (fish, meat, vegetables) on low heat. Thanks to the gentle preparation, many vitamins are retained and the ingredients can develop their full aroma
- Traditionally, the tagine is used on open fire. You can use them on all types of cookers and in the oven (an adaptor plate is required for an induction hob)
