I am SOOOO thrilled. I bought a comforter when I got married 18 years ago and I loved it. It was soft and light weight and about $80. When you have a comforter that long, it’s hard to like anything else or find a suitable replacement. About five years ago, it sprung a few leaks and feathers started to escape. I’ve been looking ever since for a suitable and affordable replacement, but anything even remotely close is $80 and up. I bought this one because of the low price and the reviews and HOLY COW!!! It is so soft and exactly the same weight as my beloved bedraggled old comforter. It’s even the same warmth. For me, that means I can use it alone in the summer and with my second comforter in the winter.If you like the plushness of a feather comforter... this has it. If you like a super soft cotton, then check... it has it. If you want something you can sleep alone with or with another comforter on really cold nights, this is totally it. Honestly, not only do I recommend it, but I will probably buy a few more for when I finally wear this one down to the feathers too.Get it. You won’t regret it.And no... I was not paid for a review. This comforter is very thick , I ordered one for a twin sized bed the whole order came out to I believe $17.99 or $17, this is a great comforter for the price! I was washing it in the laundry matt today because I just received it today and it was so heavy, when I opened it it was fluffy and great quality for a down comforter at this price ! Very happy with this purchase, as someone who has skin allergies and sleeps with lite blankets, this is perfect and will be more than great for me in the winter time. The comforter did take about 4-5 days to ship that’s the only downside.

After the second time washing it the fabric has start to come apart and show the filling. It's a really big let down because the blanket was really comfy but now I'm going have to sow it in order to keep using, and who know how long that will last before another part tears. I understand it's lightweight but this shouldn't be at the cost of durability; my other all weather comforters last years before tearing. It seems like its so weak that it tears from the tension of washing on delicate with a top load washer; this was the third time I washed it :-/ .The worst part is that it started happening 10 days after the return window closed :(

When I received this it was thin and I was kind of disappointed but due to having kids and a cat we need a comforter that is thin enough to wash as we have a king sized bed.One day I decided to wash it to see what happens, I used clean tennis balls in the dryer as recommended and the comforter actually looked better after washing.Overall true to color we bought the ivory colored one, thinner but still keeps warm on winter nights, Machine washable

Love the colors (reversible). Great value for your money ($20–what a steal!!). Good for the cold winter weather. Hypoallergenic alternative down for those who are allergic to various down feathers. Once in a while it wasn’t always as warm (thus why I gave it four stars) but I would definitely purchase this again. Good product.

I bought this because my boyfriend and son love thick blankets - so we got a queen and a king sized. We didn’t open it for quite some time because this was a backup while we washed our blankets (thick and require extra work) but we will not go back. It’s so soft, the color is great, and it stays very warm. I am a cold sleeper so it’s too hot at times, but I adjust. The king is actually a king size so my boyfriend and I don’t fight for it. No regrets with this purchase at all!I rated a 5 w/ lightweight, but it’s not thin just light and so comfortable.

I bought this for my guest room. It’s a nice weight and arrived quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I had a different white down alternative comforter from Amazon that was a few years old and getting worn down. I ordered this one for $17 with coupon, and it’s literally like covering yourself in a blanket made of marshmallows sewn together. It really plumps up after you open the package, compared to some of the other down alternatives. I haven’t washed it yet, so I’m hoping it holds its shape, but so far we love it.
