For the price, this is a great office chair. Very easy to assemble in less than 30 min. Just be sure to notice the arrows that indicate the direction the seat faces so that you place the adjustor on the bottom of the seat in the correct direction. (There are no notes is the assembly instructions on these arrows.)The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I’ve only had it two weeks, but it feels sturdy. It can tilt way back and the tilt tension works great. I love this chair! Perfect for a big guy.

-easy to build (definitely make sure everything is screwed and tight as possible)-perfect size for med/large man like myself-leather is nice-both cozy and good upright posture position too.- wheels are standard office chair wheels but can easily upgrade someday.- black looks great.

The media could not be loaded. Overall a very sturdy and beautiful looking chair at a great price. It’s comfy for me to sit in as I work from home everyday. It was relatively easy to assemble, just needed some help with the back rest since it’s a heavier part but came with everything I needed. It does recline, but more so to stretch your back not necessarily to recline and rest. My only worry is that the bottom seat might eventually get too worn out—I feel like if I was wearing jeans often it would rip it up but since I work from home I’m often wearing softer pants. But no issues after having it for about 6 months now!

The seat is quite deep, so in the working position I need a small back support pillow, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the chair looks beautiful, is functional, is comfortable, and spacious.

Let this experience be a lesson to me... never, ever buy an office chair online again. As others have stated, the arms were not the same height. The back support was eh. The chair was otherwise comfy and looked great, so I was willing to put up with uneven arms and so-so back support. Also, the thought of returning it was not appealing.Fast forward to the second day I used the chair... I sat down and slowly sank down like I had sat in quicksand. The seat's hydraulic gas lift had failed. I contacted the seller who asked if I would try replacing the hydraulic. I figured I'd give it a try but once that hydraulic piece is in and has been sat on, good luck getting it out. I couldn't do it so I had no choice but to return the chair. And that's when the real fun began. Since I was unable to completely unassemble the chair, it wouldn't fit into the original box. In hindsight, I should have taken a saw to it but I digress. I took the chair to UPS and had them box it up, which cost me $27 and change. I was confident that Amazon's A to Z policy would ensure a refund of the UPS boxing costs, but I was wrong. My claim was denied and the seller refused to refund the UPS boxing costs. So... this fiasco wound up costing me $27+, and I have nothing to show for it except a few bucks added to the swear jar. And for those who are wondering, I am wayyyyy below the maximum weight limit for this chair.Simply put... don't do it. Just don't. If you receive a defective chair, returning it will not be easy and the seller will try to talk you out of it. For this item, buy local.

This chair ticked all of the boxes. I was looking for one within my price point that was a caramel/amber brown, resembled leather in a mid century style, could swivel AND tilt/lean back, and had armrests.I took a gamble on getting a chair I hadn't sat in yet, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is very roomy, cushioned, and comfortable! I added a footstool under my desk to go with it, and have actually fallen asleep in it when leaned back.It was really also easy to install - took about 30-40 mins.

The chair was quite easy to assemble, but as always, it's easier to have a helper. During the wait time to receive the chair I was a little sceptical about all the great reviews. I have worked in many places during my careers, both in the military and contractor roles and have NEVER found a chair that absolutely met with my requirements. Well, I have just found such chair! While unboxing, I was surprised at the weight and the feel of the chair material. Once I put it together, I was amazed how much I liked this chair that I am now sitting in. It has a refined look and captures it's owner with curves in all the right places, with the elegant feel of the leather-like skin. The chair meets all of the my requirements and when you add a lambs wool seat cover and upgraded casters, it honestly to die for! I am not kidding! I am about 250 pounds and the chair let me recline to the point where I actually fell asleep! I am actually considering purchasing one or two more of these chairs just in case I somehow break or lose it. I am now retired, but I spend a lot of time in my home office in front of the computer. I think this chair will actually improve my home and work life. You can not go wrong with this chair!

First, the chair was delivered ahead of time. So that's a plus. It was mildly easy to put together. I think their description says it can be put together in 20 minutes. From the time I started to open the box and finished, it more more like an hour. The 5 legs came disassembled, while their video make it appear they come preassembled. Once assembled, the chair looks great. But it's not that comfortable because it's rather high(even in its lowest setting), and I'm 6 ft tall, and the shoulder pad is too low for me. Hits me in the wrong places. The angle adjustment is a little too upright. Maybe after using it for a while, my body will adjust, and it'll be more comfortable. Also the chair rollers don't roll easily over carpet. That's the big drawback to getting an office chair online. You just don't know how it's going to fit.
