Bought to use in a Palestinian cake recipe which turned out quite well. The fenugreek seeds gave it a nice texture - a bit like caraway seeds in a caraway seed cake. A surprisingly good flavour too and even better when orange blossom syrup was added.

Bought it together with dry rosemary (not powdered). 2 tea spoons of each and 200ml of boiled water in a thermos for one day, shake occasionally. Then filter through a fabric or tea strainer, add one spoon of apple vinegar, use in a spray bottle. Spray on roots, don’t rinse. It gives volume and helps to strengthen hair.
