The product you provided is not the same as I expected. I was hoping to receive the product as indicated in the picture which I have purchased previously both in the UK and the USA and which worked fine. The items I received were in a different packet and did not work as well. Unfortunately because of the relatively low cost and time pressures etc it is hardly worthwhile returning them but as a consequence it has made me very cautious about using your service in future. The differences compared with my previous purchases are the envelope previously was brown and both the rubber bands and metal ring are different.
