Needs a video or some printed directions. There were none in my box

This handy Avocado Slicer was very much needed in my life. I love avocados, and there are scientific studies that they provide your body a healthy fat which aids in the loss of stubborn belly fat (see the CNN report "7 Foods that Fight Fat"). So, i used a sharp knife to slice the avocado, and smaller paring knife to stab, loosen and removed the pit, then cut it into criss-cross slices and then a grapefruit (serrated edge) spoon to scoop out the sections of the avocado. Too many tools and too many large items to wash! The previous avocado slicer I was tempted to buy looked cool and was avocado green, but it was too big and bulky to fit well in my utensil drawer.This Easiavo 3-in-1 slicer is the answer to all my problems. The picture doesn't show the serrated edges on three sides of the slicer or how curved the scooping end is, but each section of this avocado slicer and scooper does its job extremely well. It is lightweight , but sturdy, PLUS it fits in my flatwear drawer with my serving spoons and forks! I highly recommend this product. I received it at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

I had given a relative my old avocado scooper and wish now I would have kept it and bought themthis one It does what it is supposed to do, but in a sensitive womans hand or child, it has unfinishededging.

I love kitchen gadgets, especially when they can make a usually messy, awkward job easier. The Easiavo avocado slicer, skinner and pitter appealed to me because it's stainless steel as opposed to plastic. When I opened the box I was somewhat underwhelmed. I turned this simple looking tool over in my hand doubting its usefulness. Of course I had to pick up an avocado and put it to the test. I made a simple slice around to cut in half using the long serrated side, flipped out the pit with the serrated tip, then my favorite part, I slipped the curved edge between the skin and flesh separating them in one smooth motion. Then I quickly diced, again using the serrated side. Okay I'm hooked. This child safe (my grand kids love to help) gadget is a keeper.I received this product at a reduced cost for my honest review.

I love this avacado scoop. The serrated edge makes it easy to remove all that goodness! Easy to clean!

Works great with Mexican avocados. Second one I bought because lost the first one!

don't get it. not thAT practice or usable

OK. I love this thing. Except that I really don't see how you would poke the seed with the little forked tip. It doesn't really help me at all. But otherwise, slice thing avocado and scooping out the half is a piece of cake, and the shape makes it great to then make slivers of the halves or use as a utensil to stuff your face with some green goodness!
