Overall I am happy with my purchase. I sleep well and it is comfortable to sleep with. I was kind of taken back by the way it wasn't as fluffy as a cloud and airy like it was advertised. It needs constant fluffing or it flattens too much for me. The company recommended me to place it in the dryer for 10 mins to help fluff and that helped but it was only temporary. It is still a very comfortable sleep pillow, it just wasn't what I expected based on the reviews. I just fluff it really good before bed and I sleep well.I have had sore neck and back pains with other pillows and my last pillow was a foam contoured pillow. I am glad that I have given this pillow a try. I am happy with my CozyCloud pillow. I would recommend someone else to purchase if they like to mold their pillows like I do. I like that it is a washable pillow and it uses more environmentally safe foam and cover.

I love this pillow. Love the emails from Scott giving hints on how to take care of my pillow. Got my pillow yesterday and wanted to wash and use it last night but was running out of time. Instead put it in the dryer for 20 minutes, first on low then at a slightly higher temp. Soft and fluffy. Used the pillow and woke this morning with no aches. The only con I have is the "bamboo" cover. The gray pattern shows through my white pillow case as does the waffle pattern. I read where the gray will fade after a time but I not wonder if a plain cover would do just as well.

I doubt this pillow will ever wear out. If you like a firm pillow it is for you. If you want your son or daughter to win the pillow fights at summer camp. It is the pillow for them (if they are strong enough to swing it). It is the heaviest pillow I have ever experienced. You need to lift weights to build up your muscles if you want to turn it over during the night. Not for stomach sleepers (unless you buy 2 of them, one to lay perpendicular into the other, for your body to lay on top of). It is comfortable, even for being firm and heavy, but some times during the night I need to switch to a feather pillow. It also has a peculiar odor, which you will adjust to. It seems a bit sensationalistic to name it cozy cloud (no cloud is this heavy) and the bamboo part, if I remember correctly, the bamboo is a mere fraction of the other ingredients that comprise the cover material. All in all, it is prob. worth the money because it will prob. last forever. It may even work as a cushion for a desk chair, though I haven't tried it. Once it returns to its shape after shipping (which is pretty amazing), it will stay thick

I ordered this pillow simply because it has a 10 year warranty and I noticed the company replies to the reviews and offers to customize your pillow if it doesn't work for you. Top notch customer service is a huge selling point for me. I was a bit hesitant since it has shredded foam... the My Pillow also has shredded foam and has horrible reviews. In my research of finding a new pillow I noticed a lot of pillows are doing the shredded foam. The Cozy Pillow was the only one that seemed to have really good reviews. The pillow arrived compressed and expands once taken out of the package, I let it sit for several hours and then put it in the dryer for 20 minutes on low heat. I was shocked at how big and fluffy the pillow was when it came out, it literally grew in the dryer. The pillow does feel lumpy when you touch it but it's not noticeable when you are laying your head on it.The first night I did not sleep well at all, I think the pillow had too much loft from going in the dryer. However going in the dryer was necessary as I did not like how it felt before that. Although it was too high for my head & neck the pillow still conformed to me and it was still more comfortable than my previous pillow. I was beginning to think that I would have to contact the company and have them customize my pillow but I really did not want to go back to my other pillow.The 2nd and 3rd night I slept great! I don't remember the last time I slept through the night without having to wake up and adjust my pillow. I have not been tossing and turning through out the night with this pillow. I also woke up these last two mornings feeling well rested, normally I wake up feeling just as tired as when I went to bed. I knew I was struggling with my previous pillow but I had no idea how little sleep I was actually getting until now.I am a back and side sleeper and I can change positions very comfortably and the pillow supports me perfectly. I am not a stomach sleeper as I always wake up with a stiff neck but these last two mornings I have woken up on my stomach and have zero neck pain!

I kept this pillow for quite awhile before posting a review because I honestly wasn't sure.It's just...okay. Personally I think it's a fantastic pillow as is that's nearly perfect for side sleepers.As a back sleeper it's kind of bad, it's way too thick and it holds it shape so well that I can't make much of an indentation. I initially had a pillow cover (the waterproof/bug proof allergy reducer kind) and I can't use it. If i put that cover on and zip it shut on this pillow it barely even deflates. That's what made me very keen to return this but I didn't. I just unzipped the cover so air could actually get out but it still stays up too high for my neck.I threw it in the washer/dryer thinking maybe that would alleviate some of this stiffness but it really doesn't. It's just too firm and props your neck up way too much if you sleep on your back. Stomach sleeping is highly not recommended with this either.I don't hate it but it's not what I wanted, I wanted a back sleeper pillow and I was sent a perfect pillow for someone who sleeps on their side.
