This product did not work for me AT ALL, and I have a hard time imagining it would work for anyone who suffers from serious, chronic dry mouth whether due to the medication(s) they are on or a disease.I have a medical condition that causes, among other unpleasantnesses, severe, chronic dry mouth. During the day, I have to keep a water bottle with me at all times. At night, I wake up choking because my tongue has become stuck to my palate. I love the Biotene dry mouth products, widely available including at WalMart; but Biotene only has dry mouth gum or gel at this time -- no lozenges. I can't chew gum due to TMJ, and the gel doesn't work well for me. Last week I ordered 3 different brands of dry mouth lozenges, one of which was the SalivaSure lozenges. What a waste of money! This tiny "pill" is grainy and sour and did cause my salivary glands to produce saliva in response to the sourness -- for the 10 unpleasant minutes it took for the pill to dissolve. Afterwards, my mouth was even dryer than before. I have thrown the remaining pills away.Subsequently, I tried a Salese dry mouth lozenge, which is a soft lozenge pleasantly and mildly flavored with peppermint. It has been slowly dissolving in my mouth for the past 90 minutes and my mouth feels normal for the first time in months! I'm not expecting the effects to last beyond the life of the lozenge in my mouth, but all I needed was for my mouth not to get bone dry while I do my outdoor chores for an hour or so first thing in the morning. I can highly recommend them!

Pretty good dry mouth mint.
Decent. They do cause some saliva generation, but mostly if I continually roll it around on my tongue. When I do that, I forget to just suck it and start chewing, and that's not enough time. But if I tuck it into my cheek at night, most of it is still there when I wake up. They're small enough I have no choking concerns.I ordered a selection of anti-dry mouth items. I prefer the Xylimelts which can be stuck in the cheek but still dissolve easily. They're more of a Tums texture whereas these are more of a hard mint. Decent light citric flavor. If you're better at not-chewing things than I am, you might like them more.

Need to fix the container lid.
Taste is good, but the container needs to be re-engineered. The lid keeps coming open and the lozenges fall out into my pocket, onto the floor or wherever. Please fix!You need to advertise more, because no pharmacy in town carried these. They had to be ordered.

For dry mouthers
These tablets are very good for those of us who suffer from dry mouth. I box lasts pretty long. At least a month I'd say, maye two.., and I use also gum and water to sooth the dryness my many meds cause.

I am still trying it. So far it does not make any differences with dry mouth.

I really wish...
...that these worked, but they don't. You get a little impact while you are sucking on them, but once the lozenge is gone, the dry mouth comes right back. I've tried several different lozenge types and they are all the same. I think you would be better off by purchasing Biotene gum.
