I had no idea what the box wld look like when receiving as a gift for my niece when she opened it it was a bit embarrassing but all parts where there and once assembled it didn't make the difference. There was no damage besides to the box itself.. She absolutely loves it

This is the best rocker, bouncer I've ever seen!! My 1 year old loves it, it sings and the mouth moves. I mean it's phenomenal in all aspects!!

The media could not be loaded.  Tighten the screws only until they bottom out, otherwise you will strip them. Use a bar clamp to assemble the plastic frame. My daughter loves it.

The first rocking rider horse I purchased for my granddaughter’s birthday arrived broken. After assembling for her party, we were very disappointed when the talking/singing didn’t work after replacing with multiple batteries. I returned the horse and a new horse was shipped. It’s been not quite 2 months and again the buttons you press on the ears for the talking/singing no longer work. Unfortunately, it says the return window has expired (apparently only 30 days from ship date). This was too expensive to only work for 2 months. Especially upset because this is the second horse. My granddaughter is so upset. She did love it. I would not purchase from this company.

My daughter loves her bouncy unicorn she got for Christmas. Took two people to put it together due to the elastic bands being very tight, but wasn't horrible.

This item is easy to assemble, very sturdy, and adorable!
