No Leaks! Great Quality
This is a great thermos. I haven't had any leaks and my son takes this to school with him everyday. We even lay the thermos on it's side to fit in his lunch box. The thermos is great quality. I am tempted to get more for my other son. These same thermos are available at the big box stores for a little cheaper.Edit 10/22/2012:I bought one first to see how I would like it. I have 4 of these now because they work so well. They are great for what I need-- a kindergartner and 4 year old who takes their lunch, and a 1.5 year old that won't drink out of a sippy cup. I have to warn of three potential leakage points:1. I've noticed that the top has to be just in the right position to screw onto the thermos so that when you tighten it, the top actually reaches and tightens down to the yellow ring you see on the thermos. If your top does not completely touch the yellow ring all the way around the thermos, you risk a leak.2. When you open the lid, you will see a silicone(?) triangular shape. In the shape, there is a small hole that allows the air pressure inside the thermos match the outside air pressure for easy drinking through the straw. Below the hole is the mouth piece which is the 'top' of the straw. You insert the harder tubular straw into the underside of the mouth piece and thus under the top. The hole is there by design, but that also means, if your child doesn't snap the lid shut or sets the thermos on its side while half full (or more) with liquid, then liquid will leak out from the hole. If your child does this, you should buy a sippy cup that is leak proof when you tilt the cup.3. The silicone mouth piece and the stiffer straight tube are completely removable from each other. The mouth piece is even removable from the top. Please remove the mouth piece from the top to clean and from the tube to get all the liquids out and avoid mold and other smells. Just be aware that when you pull the mouth piece back through the top to put it back together, you have to get that triangular shape of the silicone to cover the triangular hole in the top completely. If you don't, then it will leak even if you have snapped the lid closed.I would still buy these again. Any leakage issues are user error. I really think this is easy to use, easy to disassemble for cleaning, and easy to clean. This keeps my children's drink cool even 9 hours later.

Great straw cup for toddlers
We have four of these bottles, and I'm back for more. This is the only cup my son drinks from. He went straight to this cup at 10mo when we started giving him small amounts of water because he had difficulty figuring out a sippy cup. He figured out the straw cup relatively easily, though at first he would take too much liquid and it took him awhile to learn how to regulate the flow. Within a month or two, he was an expert.Pros:-Stainless bottle: no leaching chemicals (BPA, etc). This was our number 1 reason for getting these cups. It's difficult to find a non-plastic cup.-The insulation makes it a great cup for milk--if it's out of the fridge for a few hours, the milk stays cold.-If the cap is closed, it doesn't leak.-We have cleaned these almost exclusively in the dishwasher. The cap, straw mouth, and straw fit easily in one of the Munchkin dishwasher baskets we had for bottle pieces.-They will take a beating. My son has thrown these things everywhere.Cons:-If the child opens the cup, turns it upside down, and shakes, milk will come out. I don't even really consider this a flaw of the cup--because it's only really an issue if the kid shakes it. It took us a few months to teach him that he can't dump it--but it only does this if done intentionally.-After 9ish months of almost-daily dishwashing, one of our four cups has had the bottom blue piece come unglued. I consider this a reasonable time frame for this to happen given the amount of abuse this cup has taken.-After 9ish months, one of our four lids no longer clicks shut, making it fine for in-home use but no good for taking out. Again, this seems reasonable because of the amount of abuse it's taken.I anticipate that I will continue buying these cups for as long as my children use kid cups, unless a better non-plastic option comes on the market. Recommended.

Best straw cup for milk and keeping drinks cool
This straw cup is hands down the best straw cup I have found! I have bought several different straw cups (Nubi, Munchkin, Zoli, Avent, Platex) for my 1 year old. Several other straw cups either leaked, or were impossible to drink from. This one is easy to drink from, keeps liquids cool, lightweight, doesn't leak, all parts can be cleaned easily, and looks great.I have been using this cup every day to keep milk cool since I bought it. I was tired of pouring milk for him and having to throw it out after an hour when it got warm. This cup keeps my son's milk cool for about 6 hours, even on hot days. I plan on buying more so I don't have to wash it every night. There are 5 parts to wash -(1)the screw top lid, (2) the silicon straw which comes through the bottom of the lid and is attached to a round flat base which seals in the liquid in the cup from spilling out, (3) the BPA free plastic straw which attaches to the silicon straw base,(4)the stainless steal cup, and (5) the decorative yellow round plastic piece that goes around the cup.Although there is a lot to wash, I like that everything comes apart so that you can wash everything clean. There are some straw cups out there that don't detach all the way and are impossible to wash and keep sanitary. For cleaning the staws, I bought the Munchkin brush set on Amazon which works perfect for cleaning this straw cup. The cup and lid are easy to clean with a bottle brush or regular dish sponge.Overall: Love this cup and would highly recommend it for keeping drinks cool.

Three Stars
There's a difficulty while drinking as the opening button height is equivalent to straw height

Easy to clean but not keeping water warm overnight
I like it that the straw can be taken out for clean. The fluid speed is good for a 10m baby even though it says for 18m+. The bottle feels heavy and looks sturdy. I put warm water in it overnight and it completely colds down in the morning. Not very recommended if you are looking for a thermo bottle.
