These insoles provide cushioning for the heel and extra support for the arch of the foot. After almost 3 weeks' use walking is now much less painful. Although the insoles are 3/4 length they fit well and remain in position. Good value compared to the offerings of well-known brands.

Work quite well for what I need, which is a bruised heel that I need to take a bit of pressure off when walking in order to help recovery. I do find they're a little on the slim side thought - purchased the M 7-8.5 and they're just about wide enough. I have fairly slim feet and take UK 7.5 (26.5cm) shoes.

I have painful heel and was recommended insoles. These have made a huge difference and fit really well.

Tried pretty much everything after being in so much pain in my foot. Put these insoles in my boots to go to work after 30 minutes or so forgot about the pain. Just ordered another pair, just in case.

Has made my feet feel better, but they are cheap and won't last long.
