Incbruce Metal Outdoor Dining Chairs Patio Chairs Set of 2, Wrought Iron Chair Steel Frame Restaurant, All-Weather Garden Seating Chair with Arms and Seat Cushions (Red)

Don’t buy from this seller. We are in our 70s and our son who lives out of state started to assemble the patio chair. He saw right away that one leg did not touch the ground. He reboxed the components and was unaware we needed a photo in order for seller to consider refund. We cannot bend to reassemble a chair for a photo, would have to pay someone to do it. Multiple emails with seller were unhelpful. They offered to provide additional handrails, which they were advised about our inability to assemble ourselves. They approved a return but we would have to pay international shipping. They are insisting on a photo which we are not able to get. Then they will determine in their facility if the problem is with the chair. So if they determine the chair assembled properly we would have to pay a restocking fee as well as the shipping, which would be deducted from any refund. I will also add that the product is flimsy and the cushions very soft, hardly any support. Not the kind of service we have come to expect from sellers on Amazon.

Curved Arms give a sturdy way to help get up. Nice powder coating on metal. Would have liked the back a bit more Slanted. It’s a bit upright for my comfort. Each chair has its own shrink wrapped Allen wrench and screws, washers. As with anything, don’t fully tighten until all are in place. Easy to assemble.

We received our chairs 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. They are beautiful. Easy to put together. (Eight screws per chair) They are very comfortable and very sturdy. The picture does not do them justice.

These were a mistake to buy. My product arrived damaged. The shipping box was destroyed. I ordered red and I received orange. The buttons on these cushions fell off on the first day. Poorly made and seller didn't do anything to resolve my problem. Do not buy these overpriced poorly made chairs! You're better off buying from Lowe's!

These are sturdy chairs and worth the investment. The only exception is the assembly....other than that they are a good investment

I love the sturdiness and comfort of these chairs BUT, out of 4 chairs purchased 3 have a leg shorter than the others and chair wobbles and looks uneven. And it’s the same leg on each of those 3 chairs...the left front.

Overall, a good product. However, The back sections of the chairs were the wrong piecesfor the bottom frames. Rather than repack everything, contact you, wait for a pickup andreplacement, I moved the mounting holes, added two i/4 inch x 3 inch bolts to fasten the chair backsto the lower frames. Everything now fits and the chairs are in use.But i am not very happy about it. $i90 odd dollars for the wrong items does not sir right with me

I am thrilled with these chairs! Very sturdy metal frames. The cushions were made well with 4 inch thick dense foam that will last a long time. Exactly as presented by Amazon.
