The workmanship is satisfactory, the quality is also good for the price, the hole position is accurate volume and power button easy to press. I'm Happy Worth to buy it.

For the love of all good finally! I've looked everywhere including otterbox and lifeproof for an S20 Ultra specifically to have built in screen protector. It seems like no one makes these cases with a built in screen protector anymore. I really don't understand why. I'm beyond thankful for this case. I was skeptical but take I bought it. It's durable. I like that the back is clear and decent material. Have a cricut, I was even able to put a little decal on the back lol not sure what the others issues were with the fingerprint reader? That's why didn't want to order initially, but mine works fine. I've got twin boys who are rough, definitely needed a durable case.

Looks like a great case but I learned the S20 ships with a screen protector installed already. To use this case you must remove the factory film and apply the one included with this case. Not ready to waste a perfectly good factory screen protector yet so I'm going to try a different case. Otherwise it definitely feels like a solid product.

I don't usually write a product review unless the product is dang near perfect and exactly what I want/need!!! When I gave the product 5 stars for durability, I want to tell you exactly WHY... A few minutes ago, I accidentally put its durability to the test! Thankfully for my wallet, it is as good as a case as it claims to be!!! I would be in so much trouble if my husband knew what just happened. LolI just bought my phone in March and it was in my rain jacket while I mowed the yard. Y'all!!! It fell out of my pocket without me knowing and I ran over it with the riding lawnmower!!!! Luckily, I have this AMAZING case!!! The screen protector got a bit scuffed up, but zero damage was done to the phone itself. I can still see perfectly fine through the scuffs so I will continue to use it as usual! I'm extremely accident prone, so this case is a godsend that you NEED in your life

I bought this case because of the many good reviews. I don't have a good experience with this type of case that has built in screen protector but I must say this one was by far the worst one. The two parts of the case fit well together however, some parts of the screen protector don't even touch the screen. Basically the phone looses its touch sensitivity.You have to remove the screen protector that comes with the phone to be able to use this case to find out the case is worthless and you have to spend money to put a new screen protector on your phone.I would say this case is low quality with massive design flaws.

I think I must've gotten a bad case because the front screen protection has big gaps between the screen and plastic at the edges. I have to push it down in order to make contact with the screen to use key pad or anything along the sides of the screen. It's so bad that I've now purchased another one from another company that I hope will fit better.I don't care for the open hole for the fingerprint. It leaves that spot on the screen vulnerable and leaves an opening for dust/oil/other things to make their way under the screen protector.The color is very nice, and if you don't mind a hole in your front screen protector or making mistakes from not hitting the right things on the edges of your screen, then this case is for you.

I really like this case. I moved from the S20 Ultra case with flip cover to get some drop protection. I left the glass factory installed screen protector on the phone and it still fits in the case without any issues. The edge menus still work without issue. The fingerprint sensor is a bit more finicky but I just had to delete it and add it again. Almost no protection for the camera. Built screen protector is of poor quality, some times your screen doesn't register your finger due to screen protector. A lot better cases out there for this price. Don't waste your money
