JP's NO-LEAK Metal Bidet T-Adapter with Shut-off Valve, Hybrid Fiber-Polymer Reinforced design, size 1/2"

I purchased a Tushy classic 3.0 and was disappointed with the terribly cheap plastic T adapter they sent along with it. I couldn't stop it from leaking. And after fussing with it and using more Teflon tape than I'd like to admit, I decided I needed to look for a T adapter that had durable threading. This one fit the bill and was super easy to install. Just hand tightened and no leaks. Note for the Tushy bidet you'll want 3/8". Another thing to note, I originally thought the extra black O ring they sent in the box was just extra. Definitely needed it in the top gasket though. First attempt resulted in some gnarly leaking, but after I placed the extra black O ring in the top, everything was perfect. Turns out I did need to replace my toilet hose running from my water source to the toilet, but that was old and unrelated to the other leaks I had been seeing before using this adapter.TL;DR: $20 is worth your time and sanity. Just buy this part for your new bidet and sleep easy.

I've never left an Amazon review before, but this t-valve adapter worked so flawlessly after hours of me struggling that I had to let others know.I bought myself a Brondell Swash 1000 for Christmas and was so excited to install it the minute it arrived. I had never done any plumbing work before, so I was a little intimidated, but I wanted to try to install it myself. The Brondell itself came with an all-metal t-valve, and the tank valve on the toilet in my apartment is plastic. I had no idea that metal-to-plastic is basically incompatible and spent an entire afternoon trying to figure out why the metal t-valve wouldn't stop leaking. Cried a few times, soaked through all my towels, and tore up my hand in the process from so much wrench work. Needless to say, I was feeling very discouraged about attempting anything plumbing related ever again or ever using my $600 bidet seat. I ended up just reconnecting the original water line and spent the rest of the day troubleshooting. I finally came across this plastic adapter and immediately ordered it, hoping it would do the trick. It absolutely did.It arrived quicker than expected, and I had everything connected—no leaks, no wrench work—in under 10 minutes. I couldn't believe how easy it was. It's been a few days now, and there have been zero leaks. Everything works perfectly. Save yourself the trouble if you have plastic valves and just buy this. It's 100% worth it.

Love how the top part of this adapter that attached to the toilet is a plastic piece I have tried other metal ones and it just messes up the thread on the plastic stem coming out of the toilet, plastic to plastic is essential to prevent cross threading the thread. Love how the other components are quality made and it even has a pressure control on/off valve. Great purchase! Definitely will buy this again if I were to need it again in the further. Highly recommend if you don’t want water leaking!!!!

I bought one of these to accompany my Luxe Bidet Neo 120 since I've found that the t-adapter that it came with was leaky. (I'm pretty sure it's the shape of that rubber thing that it comes with.) This t-adapter was perfect--not only did it install with no leaks on the first try (without even needing teflon tape), but it also controls the intensity of the stream. After struggling with worse t-adapters in the past, I am thrilled with this one. Just make sure you twist the correct direction to tighten, and tighten enough that there are no leaks, but not so much that something breaks.

Contrary to the implication of the answer provided by the seller on the product page this is NOT direct replacement to a 15/16" x 15/16" x 9/16" T-valve. To replace the mediocre (leak prone and non-pressure adjustable) t-valve on at least one other bidet conversion you need a different hose (1/2 IPS to 3/8 compression). Once I had that in hand the conversion was easy and works great so far.

I had a frustrating issue with the adapter that came with my bidet kit and it was leaking all the time even at a very low water pressure. This adapter is well built, very sturdy, and truly NO LEAK. It took me 2 minutes to install, I love it.

I got this because the adapter that came with the Tushy Bidet system was kind of flimsy and we accidentally stripped the threads off it. This t-valve was great because it came with some very sturdy o-rings that prevented leakage from the problem spot of the hose that forced me to buy this in the first place. It fits the sizes that it is designed for. Not much else to add, performs as expected which makes this a great 5 star product. Also, it feels like it was made with good materials as it is heavy and threads the toilet hose well.

We were having a lot of trouble with installation of a bidet and this product came to the rescue. Most bidets comes with an all metal/ chrome T- adapter which are very hard to get not to leak. This T-adapter has a plastic part that screws on and makes all the difference. Did not overtighten and it worked perfectly with no leaks at first attempt. Highly recommend.

If your metal t-valve doesn’t work, go for it. This one solved a problem.

Just what I needed to add a safety shut-off for the bidet attachment. You know, when someone says 'I wonder what this thing does?' (nothing, as long as this valve is off.) Easy to operate while seated and works perfectly.

Stock 3-way bidet valves tends to leak with the thread being too shallow. This valve thread is deep enough providing enough coverage to prevent leaking. Worth every cent!

Most of the bidet in the market doesn't come with a T-adaptor with plastic knobs, which causes water leakage issues, especially if you do not regularly work with plumbing stuff regularly. I'd say go with this one.It's a little on the expensive side, but it will save you time for installation and hassle to deal with the leaks.
