Younger girls & some women wear their dresses short and this was made for them. The L otherwise fit me perfectly, with plenty of room to spare. It was just too short for me. (And I’m only 5’2”!) I don’t like bending down, but sometimes I have to and this would show my pantaloons if I did that. Forget also getting in and out of cars or climbing stairs unless you’re ready for the curtains to open and the show to begin. I’m going to keep it to wear as a tunic top with leggings or over my swimsuit, so all is not lost on this purchase because I hate returning stuff. P.S. - The pockets are great!

I don't like shopping for clothes because of the inconvenience of trying to find the size I need..let alone shop on line.I needed a navy color dress, I saw this one read the reviews took a chance and ordered a medium. I'm 4'11" weight 128. Also 64 years old and what I call a pouch from having children..I wanted something comfortable, felt nice against my skin and would help hide my pouch....I am so glad I bought this dress!!!!! It is comfortable..it is soft...it helps to hide my pouch...it fits!!!!

the dress goes to the bottom of my knee and i am 5,6 , 154 pounds. i wanted a dress that went above my knee:( but, the product is very good quality! just wasn’t what i was looking for :)

Everything about this dress is perfect, from it's soft texture, perfect flow/drape/swing. You should use this same fabric for a mid hip length open draped unstructured soft cardigan. make the colors in basic black, navy, rich burgundy, forest green I would buy it if is costs under $30.00

This dress is very comfy for hot summer days. It is casual but you can dress it up with the the right shoes or sweater/jacket. Size runs true.

cute but too small and not super stretchy

I bought two of these dresses.. one black (fits nicely and is an actual dress) and one red. The red 'dress' is NOT a dress as shown in photo, it's much shorter than the black one. Fed up with sellers pushing this rubbish. What a waste of time and energy. Really, really annoyed. It's not even long enough for me to wear as a top. I would say, if you have time and money to waste then take a chance that you will get what was advertised ie a dress.. not a top. Seriously shoddy practices to send a top to a customer who has bought a dress. I honestly don't know what these people are playing at. Are they deliberately misleading customers, hoping that they can offload cheap rubbish and folk will not want to go through the hassle of returning them? I don't know but I would stop buying clothes from Amazon for this reason. The brand is Amazon Basics... got a bit of a cheek since they apparently can't even get the 'basics' right. Man I'm p*ssed!

Material thin ,ok for beach but wouldn't wear any where else as u can see it bum and other bits .

The cut is fine up to the waist then it really flares out, it would be better if it is a slightly straighter cut. Material is thin, for lack of a better comparison, it is the exactly the same feel and thickness as modal pajamas from the Gap. Also, the stripes on the sleeves do not line up with the stripes on thebody of the dress, significantly so compared to what's shown in the picture.

I got the burgundy which is a lovely deep colour. It’s a lovely flowing and loose fit, which I have teamed with short black leggings and black sandals - it looks smart and is cool for summer I am a 14 to z16 Uk and I like the L - XL fit for me
