I purchased this vacuum to replace our old vacuum. This vacuum is quite the upgrade for us. It has all kinds of features, it can be operated via an app on the phone or remote control, it can be connected to WiFi and Alexa (I have not used this feature), it has a strip that can be put up to keep it from going past or into certain areas, it has different cleaning modes, it can be set to clean at a certain time on a certain schedule, and lots more. I have mine set to clean everyday at a certain time. It cleans efficiently. The battery lasts for a very long time, a lot longer than my previous vacuum. It does not have a loud sounds while vacuuming. It has not had any issues going back to its charger at the end of cleaning. I also need to note that we have two cats, one being a Persian that we are fostering and so we get a lot of cat hair everywhere, and by this vacuuming everyday, it keeps the hair at a bare minimum. I would hate to see what my floors would look like without this precious invention. I give this vacuum 5 stars and anyone that doesn’t have one, I would recommend buying this vacuum. It doesn’t get any better than this one right here.

Update: This thing broke within 8 months. Purchased in April, dead by December. The support was NOT helpful at all.We recently adopted a dog with short hair and knew we'd need to vacuum more. We got this to act as our maintenance vacuum between deep cleans with our manual vacuum and I'm frankly startled every time I empty the bin. Dust and debris that was stuck between floorboards, tassels on rugs, and other hard to reach places are all picked up by this. The dual rotating brushes are fantastic at reaching baseboards and into corners and they're simple to replace! Just pop them on and off!I thought that the Alexa integration would be a bit gimmicky but it turns out to be all but essential for us. Our dog is a little afraid and playful with the vacuum while it's running so it's very helpful to have it run while we're away. As soon as I step over the threshold to take the dog for a walk I shout to the tube lady to "turn on the vacuum" as I'm walking out the door. I also tell her to turn it off the second we walk in. It couldn't be better.The obstacle avoidance and programming built in to free the thing from getting stuck is surprisingly good. I've watched it run over things like cords and other crap I have laying around and if it gets stuck it will rock back and forth and otherwise fidget until it frees itself or has decided that it definitely needs intervention.The app is awesome because if I can't _find_ the thing I can just start it off making noise from my phone. 100% I would buy this again and am considering another one for the other floor of our house.

With cleaning modes it helps me remove hidden dust and dirt from corners even around furniture legs. 1600w suction power to fully absorb small particles or large pieces, even long pet hair. When you select the maximum power, the robot automatically increases its power to provide more thorough cleaning. The robot vacuum cleaner can work up to 100 minutes with ultra clean performance and works with low noise. It does its job perfectly while I am reading, cooking, watching TV or doing something. When the battery is low, the robot automatically returns to the charging station. Built-in multifunction infrared sensors allow your robot vacuum to automatically detect stairs and obstacles and then intelligently replan the route to complete cleaning.

After using the vacuum for two weeks I would say, this is an excellent investment. No regrets at all I purchased this robot vacuum, keeps the whole house clean, I love the fact that I can control it from my phone, so in the middle of the night, I just press the button on my bed, and everyone wakes up to a spotless house. Every great thing every reviewer has written is very right about the robot vacuum; it's well built and well-programmed, where do I start from, its low on battery after cleaning for more than 1hr and it goes back to its charging base by itself, so you don't have to be looking for it all over the house, even if it's stuck somewhere, there is a find me option on the app, that is great! It’s durable goes from tile floor to carpet and then onto area rugs on house carpet without any problem at all, that's awesome. I could say more, but in a nutshell, it's a great machine!!

I bought this product a week ago and I must say, this is one of the best-automated vacuums I have ever used! The product was able to roam around my entire vicinity with ease and it was able to pick up most of the debris/dust on the floor.
