THESE KNIVES CUT!!!!
In addition to being the prettiest knives I've ever seen, they cut right through a steak effortlessly. My husband has severe arthritis in his arms and hands and has been unable to cut his meat. Thanks to these knives, he can cut without embarrassment or frustration. The handles are very comfortable and the whole knife is perfectly balanced.
