This item arrived broken. Already paid way more than it’s worth.

Why should you have to check something new from the factory?
The first thing that happened was I used the salt grinder on a large pot of soup just after unwrapping and as I twisted the grinder the entire unit came off and dumped raw sea salt into the pot and ruined the entire batch...yes, I know I should have checked before trying to use it but in all my years of buying and using a salt grinder not a single one has had this issue...👎👎👎👎

The grind adjustment doesn’t work so very chunky high volume salt distribution.

The cap on the grinder is very dfficult to open. This item cannot be returned.
