Used on elbow, bought x-large, have a normal sized upper arm—could have been used as a tourniquet! Other purchasers have noted same problem. This is a nice useful product but not if a normal sized person can’t wear it! Do the producers even read customers comments??I certainly couldn’t recommend this product due to the sizing issue- too bad it’s a decent product, just not very usable.

the extra large is very tight on an average sized arm. I do like the cushioning in it and it is quite a bit larger than the older version with a small gel pad. The cuff is very tight. I think that the manufacturer needs to be more specific on measurements and for quality control to make sure these measurements are as ordered.

I first bough blue one that is the medium (thinking already on getting a size up) but it was too tight, so I decided to order 2 sizes up , the green one that is supposed to be XL. The padding inside is bigger on the green one , but there is no difference at all on the wrapping, either blue or green so actually the green is more uncomfortable because it will have less space to accommodate your arm. I am a skinny person, the circumference around my arm is 8 inches and see the marks on it after wearing it for few minutes. Do not waste your money, you cannot return it, so now I am stuck with two pairs of these elbow protector.

Works well, and great price.Sizing is off... Sized up from chart after first purchasing the recommended size. Wish they came in black or other dark colors, since they get dirty fast, and don't come clean easily.

Super product for use with ankles and elbows. It was very comfortable and helped make the area(s) protected. I used these many years ago and was happy to find them again. Please keep them in stock. Thank you.

The large size was too tight on my thin arms. Returned it.

These pads are awesome. I have appreciated having padding completely around the elbow. The one I have from my dr only has a small square pad in center. I will say I have a small arm and I started with trying medium then large now extra large and I would not recommend even the extra large for a man unless you dont mind it being slight tight. The extra large is okay for me with small arm but it is snug. These would be perfect sizing for kids

They are nicely padded. They help prevent the redness and callouses that occcur when resting arms frequently on desk or tabletop. I ordered both the green and the blue. They are stated to be sized the same. The green, however, are a little larger and more comfortable than the blue. Both the green and the blue tend to fit tightly, especially around the upper arm, puffing the skin out a bit and are a bit restrictive to the skin and, probably, circulation. They do what they are said they would do, and that is ultra important to me. A big negative is the pilling of the fabric. From first wearing, they start to "pill." This is embarrasing and looks unattractive to others. I previously bought a pair of white elbow pads that look very similar and function identically the same. That company's white with blue stripe elbow pad "pills" very badly and cannot be worn except under long sleeves where they are not visible to others. Slightly larger for the stated sizes would be a big plus. Also, the problem of pilling of fabric is very disappointing and it seems there should be a solution for this. Overall, I am happy to wear these when I am alone and they are not visible to others. They are preventing breakdown of my elbow skin, and that is the crucial factor. Thank you.
