Axess SPBT1031BL Portable Bluetooth Indoor/Outdoor 2.1 Hi-Fi Cylinder Loud Speaker with Built-in 3" Sub and SD Card, USB, AUX Inputs in Blue

I bought this speaker to use in a very messy work environment. It had all of the options I was looking for and was inexpensive enough to be worth the gamble if it did not hold up. Almost two years later it is still going strong! It gets used 20-40 hours a week and the battery typically lasts about 10 hours before needing to be recharged. At one point it got dropped pretty hard and something inside started rattling around (though it still worked fine). I opened it up to find one of the two smaller speakers had broken free of it's mount and was hanging on by two small wires -- easy fix. I was actually impressed with the assembly inside. The sound isn't going to impress any audiophile, but I listen to a variety of music and podcasts and it all sounds good (and it can fill a small warehouse if you need that kind of volume). If you are looking for an inexpensive, versatile Bluetooth speaker that sounds good, has volume, and can hold up under less-than-ideal conditions, I would recommend this one.

For the price, it's pretty good! There is no bass. No matter what you're listening to, the bass just isn't there. Maybe I have a bad one? I don't know? But I use it mostly for my computer as my speakers. And it can be very loud. Everyone loves it, we've used it outside while doing yard work, we've used it throughout the house while doing other things, construction, and repairs, and the battery life is amazing.. But again, if you're looking for even some kind of bass, this one is not it..

Unfortunately, due to the charging LED not working and poor customer service, I much give this product 4 rather than the 5 stars that it deserves. The Axess SPBT 1031 an excellent blue-tooth entertainment center. Its sound quality is very enjoyable as well as the different avenues of inputting music. I have amazed my children by showing them what the Axess can do. It plays from; SD card, flash drive, picking up where it leaves off from your last playing. You can play from non blue-tooth devices and includes an FM radio along with station memory. Auxiliary jack shares duties as a place to plug a wired antenna. This blue-tooth speaker appears to be well made (minus the charging LED) and has a solid feel. If you need to contact customer service like I did, expect a courteous, 6 day delayed response...but only one. The e-mail to my problem was a suggestion to charge the unit for 4-6 hours and see if it holds a charge. I did as they requested, e-mailed them back, and haven't heard a word since. That was 2 months ago! This IS a very good product, just remember to buy a 4 to 6 hour timer with it, so that you don't cook your battery. On the outside chance that a timer is not needed for the Axess, you can always have some extremely hard boiled eggs.

Has excellent sound. We use it in our camper bedroom for music at night. Has great bluetooth range. Bass quality, acoustics, radio, bluetooth, or usb all have excellent sound. Especially for the price, I'm really happy with it. Battery life I'm not sure about as we keep it plugged in most time but we used it outside for about 5 hours after we first got it and it played unplugged the entire time, and turned up quite a bit. If I remember, I'll unplug and let it play and see how long we go until it dies. Definitely would recommend this for a nice little music system that's small and portable with great sound.

So within half an hour of hooking it up, my silly cat's tail snagged the charge cable. The speaker was pulled off the table and fell to the floor. It still works, but something major is now thudding around inside the case. I suspect a speaker. As it is still working, I didn't bother trying to send it back. I'm not expecting it to be armor plated and bullet proof, but come on. It could get punted in shipping. It should handle a minor fall. Sound quality is good for what it is. With the speakers so close together, there's not a lot of stereo effect. I haven't messed with anything but connecting to it through Bluetooth. That's working fine. No weird glitches. Battery life on a full charge was good. I didn't formally time it but I think I got 6-8 hours usage. I had it connected to my computer while playing games, watching YouTube, and Redditing.

A Bluetooth speaker of this size and quality would usually cost a lot more than the approximately $35 I paid. It's 10 inches long and 4.5 inches in diameter. Construction quality and appearance are outstanding! It has a 3.5-inch mini "woofer" at one end and two 1.75-inch "tweeters" behind the control panel at the other end. The built-in amplifier produces excellent quality, low-distortion, high-volume sound for this type of small speaker. A bright blue LED flashes and a beep indicates when the speaker has successfully connected with a Bluetooth cellphone. I leave the speaker plugged into a USB charger all the time and use the speaker's On/Off switch turn its power on or off. There is an aux input jack for use with a device that doesn't have Bluetooth. The built-in rechargeable battery will last several hours when fully charged. This is an exceptionally well-designed product!

I waited a while to do this review to allow for some use of the product in the environment I purchased it for...outdoor gatherings. I've used it while grilling, camping and at a few deck parties. The sound reproduction is great for small gatherings, it pairs easily to form a 3.1 blue tooth speaker array and acts nicely as a woofer without the bass stepping all over the high end. The features are great, I particularly have gotten a lot of mileage out of being able to use a USB drive with my tunes loaded up. Great job!

Charged it for ten minutes and tested it.The connectivity to bluetooth was very smooth, took only 5 secs for my laptop to scan for it and find it.The sound quality is descent and very crisp & clear.The built quality is top notch. It does not feel cheap at all. Rugged!Good product!

Bought for my 12yr old. He listenes to storys everyday with it . The sound quality is very good. Would purchase again.

No es pesada, es fácil de usar, es tal cual como la fotografía, la batería dura poco más de 2hrs. El volumen es decente.Yo la uso para reproducir una usb, lo único que no me gusto es que es nueva y el conector usb en ocasiones no detecta la USB a la primera.

La relación calidad-precio de esta bocina me pareció buena. Tiene buen sonido, la calidad es aceptable y el volumen es bueno también. El material pudiera ser un poco más resistente, pero considerando el precio no está mal. La función de bluetooth funciona a la perfección, me sorprendió el rango en el que sigue captando la señal, lo probé con mi teléfono a varios metro de distancia y la señal no se interrumpía, vale la pena.
