Great tub for the price.
Great tub! A full size adult can sit comfortably fully submerged in the water. Easy to assemble and fill. Both my spouse and my daughter enjoy it after workouts.

Good ice bath for the cost
This tub is really good for a simple ice bath - its easy to setup and you get everything that you need to set it up quickly. One improvement is that it could be a little more stable when it is empty, but once it is filled with water, it holds its shape nicely. This is a decent option if you dont want to spend the money on a tub with a chiller ($$$$), but you do need a lot of ice to get the water temp down. We used 6 large bags of ice after filling with hose water and the water temp only got into the high 50’s. If you want a tub that gets into the 40s, I would spend the money on a chiller or I would wait until it gets colder outside, fill the tub up and wait for the water to acclimate to the air temp, and then add ice.

Very convenient for ice plunges
I have had this tub for more than a month now and it has been great. Since the temperature has consistently been in the 30 and 40 F., it has kept the water in the 50's. After reading up on the benefits of cold plunges, that temperature seems perfect. It is enough to get me shivering. I do 3 minutes about 4 to 5 times a week. I empty it once a week. The valve at the bottom and the extended pipe makes it very convenient to empty. It takes about 12 minutes to fill it up. The cover is great at keeping leaves out. Would suggest having a towel or something to clean your feet to keep stuff out of the tub. Also, plan the drain spout in the place you want the water to drain. You will not be able to move it once it fills with water. I highly recommend it over the more expensive tubs. This NAICID tub has great material that seems like it will last. Great buy.

Trash. Holds water in base that you can't get out.
After about a month of use, it started holding water in the base, and there is no way to get it out. It has only been handled delicately because I was so worried it would rip, and despite this, it is still going in the trash. Very poor product.

Cold plungin' on a budget!
I love a morning cold plunge, and always dreamed of having a setup where I could do it at home as a part of my regular morning routine. There are some very expensive solutions out there, but I wanted to try a cheaper solution first. I will admit that I was a bit skeptical of how well this would work. I also wasn't sure how I'd get (and keep) it cold without going out and buying a bunch of ice.Well, setup was super easy, and this thing is larger than I expected. I'm 6 feet tall, and when I sit down in the tub I am submerged up to my neck, with shoulders totally underwater.I did some research on Reddit and folks recommended freezing water jugs or gallon freezer bags. I went the latter route... if I throw two of those frozen bags into the tub about 15 minutes before I get in, it is ICE cold. Which is exactly what I want. We'll see how this hold up over time (it could feasibly get ripped/get a hole in it), but for now I am very happy with my morning cold plunge routine!
