SHARKROAD 4 Inch Exhaust for Challenger, Also for Indian Chieftain, Roadmaster, Springfield 2014-Up Motorcycle Exhaust-Upgrade, 20CC

The media could not be loaded.  They're well made. Welds are clean and solid, and the chrome plating looks good. I have the bright "shark gills" end caps. They match the chrome muffler bodies well. I LOVE their sound on my 2021 Indian Springfield with stock exhaust pipes and catalyst in place! They are of course much louder than stock, but to me They're not obnoxiously loud. They have a deep tone and are not raspy. I have the baffles in place. I don't like the hollow sound with ringing resonance that I hear on videos of them with baffles removed. The baffles are two stage, the front half about 1 3/4" diameter, the same size as the inlet pipe, and the back half is about 2" diameter I estimate. They are louvered, with the open sides of the louvers facing the outlet. They have no packing in them, but you can remove the baffles and wrap them if you need them quieter. They are never uncomfortably loud to me, and I've tried them at highway speeds and at WOT up to 85 MPH. They don't make a tiresome noise at steady 75 MPH cruise. They came very well packed, including mounting bolts if needed (no clamps) and good instructions if you need them. I am very happy with my Sharkroad mufflers. My wife loves them!

I recently installed these Sharkroad slip-ons on my 2020 Indian Challenger. They sound fantastic. I was not looking for something that was going to make my bike loud. I just wanted a muffler that sounded better than stock. The Sharkroads are perfect. The quality is great. The installation was easy. I think these are the best value for the money. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I liked the straight forward install process. I hate wrenching on things. So I was not looking forward to installing these. But they installed with no problem. They are built well also. The length is slightly longer than my bags, so they stick out showing the very cool exhaust tips. The stock exhaust on my Indian Challenger sounded like a Honda, not very cool and actually a little embarrassing. I am a former Harley owner with Big Radius Vance and Hines pipes. So these pipes came with baffles installed in them and sounded much better than the stock pipes but I still wasn’t satisfied. So I took off the tips using a hex socket and just pulled out the baffles with a little wiggling and vise grips. Now it sounds really good! It does not sound like a Harley, but it’s not a Harley. It’s an Indian.

Just put mine up. They sound great. Delivery was fast, the quality looks really good went for 100 miles ride and feel like I gain some power over 3000 rpm. Definitely recommend them to anyone

These pipes gave my 2014 Indian Chief Vintage the sound the stock pipes can't deliver. A nice, deep throaty growl that even my spouse appreciates. Loud pipes save lives. The fit and finish are terrific. Installation was straightforward with basic tools. Highly recommend.

I was looking for something slightly louder and deeper than the stock mufflers that came on my 2019 Indian Chieftain. I ended up returning the first set and will cover that. However, both sets I had looked well made. The welding and finish on both were good. Everything lined up well and the fit was good. They sounded very good. Even my sports bike friend was impressed. Here is the reason for the minus one star. The first set had quality control issues with the rear fender attaching locations on the first set. Three of the bolts went in with effort and looked like the threading wasn’t tapped well. They seemed to be a little off. The forth ate the end of my bolt to the point the bolt wasn’t usable. After removing the muffler with the issue, it looked like some welding material got onto the threads. Not fixable. So, I returned for a replacement. Good thing I got these from Amazon as I tried to contact Sharkroad about the issue. I’m still waiting on a replay three weeks later. Second set worked and installed perfectly. So, here’s some advice. I learned from the first set. Before doing anything, ensure the bolts screw in before wasting your time taking them out of the box. The stock bolts screwed in without any issues on the second set. If you plan on removing the baffles, do so before attaching the mufflers or at least loosening them up. I read where some state all you need to do is remove the tips and they come right out. Not so on mine. Lastly, the Indian claps that attach the mufflers to the head pipe will be very tight even if you loosen them up. I had to use a rubber mallet to get them on. Longevity will tell but at this point I’m happy with the buy.

I put these babies on my 2018 Indian Roadmaster in place of Indian's stage 1 kit. I have three important things to share. Number 1 is the price which is 50% less than the more popular brands. Number 2 is quality of the chrome, shape, and I like that it's about one to two inches longer than OEM. Number 3 is the low rumble at idle, makes the bike sound like it has a stage 2 cam installed.If you're on the fence about buying these, trust me when I say you can't go wrong. I highly endorse this product and the company that made 'em.

I was a little apprehensive about buying these pipes but figured if I didn't like them, I could return them. They went on a indian pursuit.Unboxing they looked very good. Some minor blemishes but for the price, who cares. Put them on and they were a bit louder than stock. I decided to take the baffles out and that made a world of difference. Nice deep loud rumble.Time will tell if they hold up but again for less than half the price of big name brands you can't go wrong!
