1. If you have a big belly like me, it's not for you. This is best for people with abs who need an extra toning boost in my opinion.2. The square is what vibrates and its powerful up to 9; like very. So if you have heart problems not for you. I use one of the little ones for my fupa. If you want to do your side you'll have to use the small ones; the big one only does middle of the stomach. The green lights are the squares, i have the big one + a little one. Very easy to use after reading instructions. I did wear it to work out and it wasn't bad, it's good to put a work out belt over it to hold it, if you have a big belly, because it might peel off.3. If you have a big belly I suggest you work out 15-20 min. Shower then lay down and apply it and let it work, then wear a waist cincher. This is what I'm going to try for a couple of weeks to see if I get any results. I do work out up 30 min on weekdays and up to an hour on weekends. Plus I'm watching what I eat and I waist train. I will post update.

I tried the ab stimulator and the additional pads on my arms and legs. It definitely stimulated my muscles and it was as if they were twitching. When this is on it’s kind of hard to do anything else so you have to stay still and watch tv or something. I don’t know if this would make you lose weight but it will definitely engage the muscles and make them more visible over time.Also this comes with an extra set of gels which is nice!

At first I was excited and this thing rocked, but after a week the strength has gone down, half the ab pads have stopped working (even after using the extra pads). I want to love it, but I'm probably gonna have to return it sadly.

Product is good I give it 4 stars but drop one to make it 3 stars because of missing sticky pads and seller refused to send the missing ones. I believe if you advertise something that's what you should send.

When I say this item is absolutely JUNK that is an understatement. Charged all modules as manual instructs. First tried the abdominal pads, felt nothing. When I say noting, that is also an understatement. I cranked it up to the max "9" and still nothing. Tried all three modules thinking maybe one was bad, nope still nothing. So maybe the abdominal pad was defective. Opened both arm pads and tried both with all three fully charged modules and still nothing. Not even the slightest electrical current, NONE!!! I have another cheap EMS that takes 2 AAA batteries and its is night and day compared to this useless piece of garbage. Do they even care they're selling something useless? Perhaps not, what a waste of time and $$$. Do yourself a favor and save your money. This is complete junk. Returning ASAP although its not worth the postage Amazon will eat on sending it back. ZERO out of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

What a waste of money! The pads get stuck on themselves and you cannot easily flatten them back out. You end up with sticky gel pad mess so you cannot properly use the system. You have to turn it up to highest mode and intensity to feel anything and even that's not strong enough to impact your abs.There are not enough pads to use the arm bands at same time but that doesn't matter because you'll never be able to flatten any out from the abs section to re-use.

3 star it works for what it is but the main purpose for getting this is the abs piece as a whole the smaller ones are a plus. The problem is the two connectors DO NOT MAKE A STRAIGHT CONTACT LIKE THE OTHER TWO PADS. The measurements of the pins and the back of the controller are off!! This won’t last long within time. Where’s the quality control? Is this just me that’s had this issue? This is why I don’t like shopping on amazon lack of quality control. Each piece is individually packaged for health and sanitary quality the assembly is where this lacks a 5 star.

Very cheap product. Used for a few months doesn’t really give “results” as they say. It feels like it’s literally just a piece of plastic paper that you stick to yourself. The sticky parts only last so long they send one set of more stickies then again have a problem. Waste of money and time highly recommend just spending the $60 for a more efficient/effective an simulator. Mine ended up in the trash
