Over the past 20 years, I've written a few books...mostly having to do with the financial markets. I used to get up at 3:00 am and start writing. Sometimes I was productive, and other times I stare into space.One of the magical substances to get me going was "Brain Booster Supplement." I would say that it works about 70% of the time to get my brain revved up. The rest of the time that it doesn't work, I call it quits.

As with any supplements, sometimes its hard to see and quantify results. This Brain Booster Supplement has a little extra kick with the 100mg Caffeine so for me, its a bit easier to see that impact. I like that it includes L-Theanine and Ginkgo Biloba too. For me, it does gives a bit of a boost in my focus. Important to me that it is manufactured in the USA. Overall an easy way to have a little additional focus in my day.

I do seem to have a little more alertness and focus than normal. I use this in place of 5 hour energy when I have a long meeting or complicated project to tackle.The bottle says to take two but I find one is enough. I'm not jittery or anxious, or sweaty like I can get with the energy shots. Perhaps this is because I only take one capsule, but in any event, I'm happy with the effects.

Okay product. It is going to take afew bottles to truly see if it works . 1 bottle of anything will hardly ever give you the results you want or it's claims . Will keep it updated

I don't know what is in here that doesn't agree with my system. I took this 3 days in a row But within 30-40 minutes after taking this it gave me stabbing stomach pains and sent me running to the bathroom. I wanted something to help with my focus for studying, not flushing out my system in the most violent way.
