For starters, it does take a while to arrive. Your wait is probably a solid two to three months. I ordered in late may and received it now in August.It's very nice, takes just a second to learn the controls. I'd say the vibration is a sharp buz, not a deep rumble. It's a tad sharp sensation wise? The first setting is probably too strong for a first setting, so make sure you're prepared before hand or have moisture. This portion of the toy is very quiet. So if you don't live alone, you can safely use it.Now, on to the interesting part. The tongue simulation feels very nice with proper moisture. I don't require the suction for it to reach me, but that's nice too. You can control the suck and release somewhat realistically with the buttons.The biggest draw back...is that it is TOO LOUD. If you live alone or with a partner who doesn't care you're good. But if you live with a roommate, or family, whom you don't want knowing your business... they're going to hear it's high pitched robotic cranking.Overall....decent toy for the wait. It'll get you there. It's just sort of loud on the most interesting end.

It's difficult to use. It's also kind of painful. Took forever to get here. I waited almost 2 months to receive.
