UPDATE: as I bought a new screen protector since this one didn't work with fingerprint, I saw it had a 3rd layer film attached tonthe glue side of the screen (this was a different film layer from the one I originally pilled off to attach tonthe screen with the glue). It had no instructions anywhere of the existence of this 3rd film layer and it can't see it with bare eyes. So without damaging your product, make sure all 2 film layers are removed before instlation and the fingerprint mightbwork for you. P.S.: the third film layer I encountered was not at the opposite side in the front of the product. It literally had 2 film layers needed to be removed one on top of the other on the same glue side, so look out for that.I really wanted to love this product. The instructions paper are not that helpful so I Googled "how to install 3D glass with glue" and I found videos for similar products. After watching the video and carefully installing my screen the final lroduct looked GORGEOUS and perfect. I almost feel like it enhanced my screen. HOWEVER it does not register fingerprint. I tried registering my fingerprint after instalation, I tried it with clean fingers, adding oil, normal natural oil fingers, everything and it just does not work. So if you don’t own apps that need fingerprint for access and is ok just using face ID or passcode to unlovk your phone, than this product is for you.
