Ya Otta Pinata Soccer Ball Pinata, Birthday Party Activities, 2lb Filler Capacity, 17 1/4 x 17 1/4 x 17 1/4 Inches

This was for a 9 year old’s birthday party. We had around 20 boys and gave them each a turn to swing until they hit it once, hoping everyone would get a chance. We went through the line twice before it broke! I was very happy that it held up that long. It was a really good size (like a large beach ball) and it held a lot of candy and toys. I only filled it about half way though, or the weight might have broken it off the line as we pulled it up and down. My only negative comment is that the picture showing the thin connecting lines of a soccer ball is not accurate. The actual product has thick lines so it looked a little more like a satellite to me. However, my son said it still looked like a soccer ball, so we were still very happy. I do wish an actual photo of the product was used to advertise it though.

The tie that connects the pinata so you can string it. Broke first hit. So had to rig it so other could hit it. Durable otherwise and strict. Had about 15 kids hit. But ultimately it kept falling off before an actual dent. Good size pinata. Filled it up halfway. Was afraid it would weigh too much. It still broke.

Took this out to fill it on the day before the party and it had to be taped together with packing tape as the whole thing was broken. It’s not even circular. If we had more time I would return it but we don’t. I could have made a better one by hand with no experience

The ball in the photo is much bigger than the real one. I arrive all broken.

Piñata wasn’t really round when I arrived, it was a little dented on one side and some bits of the ball were falling off. I am crafty so I was hell bent on making it work because I needed it and didn’t want to hassle with returning it. But I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, not if you have a local shop that makes piñatas.

It was a spoiler that the thread that hangs the piñata was so weak that it came off while hanging. Wish they spent time in making it stronger since it’s supposed to be strong enough to get hits from kids.
