I never installed it. I pulled on the handle to allow the base to rotate, parts came apart. I was too lazy to return it so I tore it apart and used the two separate bases.

The media could not be loaded.  Heavy duty! My favorite part of the trailer.

The holes on this product are not drilled right I tried to attach it to four different boat seats and it would not lineup on any of them.
