The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this fan for my wife's beauty room. The fan was easy to install. Even though the instructions were not that good. I had to watch a video on YouTube. LOOKS: The fan is beautiful and sleek. Perfect compliment to a room with a glitter wall. LIGHTING: is great. There are two settings. One is like a natural light and the other is like a traditional light. Both are bright. FAN:. The fan is amazing. At the lowest speed it produces a lot of airflow. Noise:. There is no noise or wobble. Customer service:. I had an issue during install. I emailed Customer service support and they walked me through my issue.

I love my beautiful crystal ceiling fan. My som put it up and with little instructions figured it out. The only problem I had was hanging the crystals at the bottom. You need tiny hands. Other that that it works perfect. I need another one. Hope they run the special price again.

I had professional install it for me so I really can't say much about installation. But it is so beautiful and everyone who has seen it has complemented me. The lights come in 3 modes, daylight, soft white and warm white and fan has 3 speeds. Lights are bright and the fan blows air just fine. A must buy!

It was very frustrating the process of assembling the lamp. The directions were erroneous, missing steps and the English translation was incomprehensible. We had to search videos to try to assemble it. It was an stressful experience and we almost gave up. It looks beautiful now, but the process was horrible without directions.

First of all, it’s a statement piece everybody that sees it comments on it, it’s beautiful and people can’t believe it’s a fan. :) The LED light however is extremely bright and there is no way to dim it. I can’t believe they overlooked that! The “white” light option also consists of both daylight and yellow light LEDs being on at the same time but it creates a white light that is not as pleasant as I was hoping as it’s generally our preferred light color at home. Secondly the lowest fan setting is stronger than I had hoped.

This is beautiful and very nice fan power. Very quiet even on high. Our handyman installed it and said the instructions were almost nonexistent but he did it! The lights are very bright and although the color can be adjusted it would be nice if they dimmed.

Love the look of this fan. Beautiful, not too loud and moves enough air for the 10x12 office it is in.Installation. I have installed 15+ fans in my life as a home owner. I’m not a contractor or an electrician but I can hang a fan pretty easily. But this one was interestingIt is a bit of work. The installation video was helpful but the paper directions are almost useless. Hanging the balls is easier with small hands, but not too difficult, just takes patience and some time. .Wiring issues. The receiver has black, white and blue wires on one side that conform to the same colors coming out of the fan motor. The other side of the receiver has a red and the green wire. They actually hook up to the black and white wires coming from the ceiling junction box. Red to black and green to white. This had to be figured out by me because the paper and video instructions say nothing about how to hook the fan up to the power source.Light operation is terrible. The three colors have to be cycled through EVERY time you turn the fan on if you want the same one each time. Basically every time you turn the light on the light goes to the next color. Plus there is an annoying beep with every remote button pushed. The light might be too bright for some and there is no way to adjust the brightness other than cycling through the three “colors”.Sounds like a negative review, but my wife loves the look of the fan and she said she can deal with the light issues and beeping. So it’s a win.
