Review is for type: SoftMost unique cervical/contour pillow I have ever tried! The pillow is not a slow rebound type of memory foam (most on the market are). It pops back into shape like instantly. They seem to use a different technology that I haven't seen in this pillow market. When it says "soft" they mean it! It's truly soft. No exaggeration. It helps prevent ear/face pain. It's very squishy, flexible, and jelly-like so it does flatten more than others but still supportive to me. This works excellent on wedge pillows. To use this directly on the bed I think will be too flat for the majority of the people unless you are a stomach sleeper (or have a short neck). I love the side bumps. It helps cradle the head and keep my chin up when I sleep to the side. The pillow cover is great quality. It's thick and soft. Amazon Vine gave me the opportunity to try Coolux’s toddler sized pillow. That is how I discovered the brand. I bought this adult size for my mother. I didn't love it at first until I transitioned to a wedge pillow then I fell in love with it. The combo of the two works so well. For the average adult it will probably be too soft/flat but if you have tried many other cervical/contour memory foam pillows and you find them either too high or firm, then this is worth a try (especially for stomach sleepers or other special conditions/circumstances)!

This pillow is good quality for the price. It is super soft yet firm, comfortable and fits into a queen size pillow. The pillow case material is comfortable and feel nice to the touch. What’s not to like you might ask? Well, sadly, it is not a true (high density) memory foam. It is super bouncy (as in will spring back to its original shape the second you move and will not feel like you are cradled by soft memory foam) and not at all what I wanted from a pillow that is advertised as a memory foam pillow.If you are looking for a super bouncy/bounce back into shape in a nano second foam pillow, this pillow is it. It will be your holy grail, look no further.If you want a true memory foam feel from your pillow, you will be disappointed like me. :(

I have always been a sucker for soft pillows, and I hated how hard all the other memory foam neck support pillows were. They were hard as a rock so when I saw that this one was supposed to be soft I decided to try it. It ended up being a bit too soft for me but I would still highly recommend it for anyone who likes sleeping a bit flatter and who doesn't enjoy sleeping on a rock of memory foam. This pillow came with a wonderfully soft cover too.

This pillow is perfect for an adjustable bed. I had a hard time finding one that would work with mine without killing my neck and this one does the trick!! It’s super soft and comfortable but also has give to it where needed. Best pillow I’ve used. Would love it even without my adjustable bed.

This is a very soft pillow. It is thin too. It doesn’t offer enough support on its own, but I’ve placed it on top of my other too thin pillow and together they are the perfect thickness. I do like how soft it is. It’s like sinking into a cloud.

If you like a super-soft, thin pillow, buy this now! This is the softest cloud of a pillow I've ever tried. It has different height contoured sides designed for neck support and rounded corners to keep your head in the center during sleep. I really, really wanted this to be my perfect pillow. It felt like heaven when first putting my head on it. But... it is so soft that it compresses to only 1" on the contours and a tiny 1/2' in the middle. No actual neck or head support. The pillow case did keep my head cool, even through a regular case.Although I'm returning it, I'm so impressed with the quality that I've ordered another model from Coolux that is thicker.

I love this pillow it is super soft and comfortable. It is better than other more expensive brands that I have bought in the past. I have a herniated disc in my C4 and this pillow helps me with my neck pain. I wake up very relaxed and pain free.

This pillow is very thin, which was what I was looking for. I can't have my neck bent forward or I have more pain. It is also cool so I am not overheating while sleeping.
