This is a great coat. I had originally purchased the coat in a dark gray and without the pockets and buttons. It was soft, comfy and fit well (I ordered a medium) but I felt it looked a bit like a robe/sweater bc it didn't have pockets and/or buttons. I ended up returning it bc I had second thoughts on the color and the style. Additionally it did shed a bit as I took it out of the package and tried it on. I had read previous reviews of that happening to other customers and that it had stopping shedding after it was washed, but since I returned that coat I can't comment if that would of worked for me.But I did reorder the coat, this time in Khaki and with the pocket and buttons and I LOVE IT!!! It is still soft and fuzzy and does keep me warm. I did not have the same problem with any shedding with this coat as I did with the previous one I ordered. I also prefer the style with the pockets and buttons bc it give a "coat effect" vs the style without the pockets giving it a "sweater or robe" effect. But that is my preference. Both options are great, I just preferred the khaki color and pocket style better.The only thing I didn't like is that it came in a clear vacuumed-sealed back for all to see what I ordered. This has been happening a lot more lately on purchases I have made with Amazon. I understand it could be more cost effective and better for the climat/environment but would be great if the bags were not clear with your order on full display. Maybe a package that is opaque so its less transparent when delivered.

Love the fit of this coat as well as the fabric. Soft and keeps you warm!! Such a classic coat - can be dressed down or up!!!

I got the 2226 Dark Camel version with pockets in a small, and it fits great. I'm 5'4", 135 lbs, and usually my measurements indicate I'm a small on most size charts. But usually my shoulders seem too wide in whatever size I match up with. I still got a small in this jacket and it is totally good. It fit with room over my bulky wool cable knit sweater, so that was cool. Definitely intended to be a roomy, relaxed fit jacket.Also it doesn't seem like a bath robe. I know some other reviewers said they felt like the other model with no pockets really just felt like a robe, and I didn't want that so I got the one with pockets. And I think it has good structure. Definitely enough to present as a jacket, and not a robe. And it has silky material lining the inside so that also makes it present much more like outerwear than a robe.First impression positives: it looks like the picture; the pockets are a tiny bit high, but overall appropriately placed and true to seller image; sizing was accurateFirst impression negatives: for some reason I thought it would be thicker and softer. That could totally due to my perception of the photos, but it has a cheaper look to it, in my opinion. The first thing I thought when I opened it was, "This isn't worth $50 bucks."To be fair, it was totally super shrink wrapped so maybe the constant pressure on it for who knows how long really affected how it looks and feels initially. Maybe it'll fluff up a bit now that it's not sealed air tight. The shrink wrap also made it super wrinkly and that was kind of unappreciated.The jacket is pretty thin. When I held it up to the light I could totally see the light coming through the fabric.Overall, it looks and feels a bit cheaper than it's price point, but I also kind of love it? It was a rollercoaster of emotions trying that thing on, loving it and hating it from second to second. But yeah, I think I'm going to keep it. I recommend it, just remember you're buying a cheap Chinese made garment off of Amazon so you get what you get.

So before I talk about the coat, I want to address something that I have seen in some of the reviews: This Teddy Coat does not look like the product picture with the model. If you scroll down to the details, they look more like those. Now, they are “robe like” but that’s what they are suppose to be. They are plush like (like a stuffed animal or teddy bear), so I can see why people think it looks more like a robe, but it has a noticeable lapel and more structured than a robe. They are actually pretty well made and super soft for the price! This look is not for everyone, but if you keep your outfit minimal with some cute boots and fashionable crossbody bag, you can make it look chic. This is me show the lapel so you can see the collar and material in natural sunlight. The thing I recommend is to try it first dressed as you would, makeup done etc, and see if you like the look. If not you can always return it and if you do like it, just wash it before you use it because it sheds a little bit. I got a medium which fits right, but i think I should have gotten a Large to give it that “oversized “ look I was going for. I’m tall so it works out for me, but if you’re shorter, you might want to look for a shorter one. But honestly in the Maine cold, I feel all nice and cozy in it! I love it. Definitely worth trying.

Very flattering and does not look like a bath robe which I was afraid of as I have tried other teddy coats. This has a flattering look and is so soft and comfortable

It is just like the picture. I love how soft and warm it is. It’s below the knees but not too long or too short. I didn’t get the teddy coat just because I wanted something different.

I was looking for more of a cotton/fleece type of jacket but the "fleece" had more of a shine to it, similar to faux fur. The size was a little on the small end and in general was not very good quality. I ended up returning it.

After receiving this jacket I would say that the pictures in the reviews are quite accurate, versus the product photos. I wanted casual, but this was way too casual for me. It literally looks like an old bath robe. It’s thick and warm and decent quality, though, so if you want a super comfy lounge coat, you’ll love it. The reviews were mixed so I sized up to an XL but I think a L might have been better because the shoulders were too wide in the XL and made it look sloppy.

Great jacket! A little linty at first but a tumble dry took care of that! I got 1 size up and it’s perfect!I just wish it had a button or a clasp to close it....easy fix!

I love the look and feel of this coat. Based on some reviews I got the sense coat was oversized so I ordered a Small and I should have ordered a Medium. I wear it with a scarf draping down the front so no one would know the difference. I did wash before wearing as some recommended to get rid of excess fluff. Quality is good and well made so no problem with hem as some mentioned. Overall I would buy it again and some of my friends have bought already after seeing mine. Order size you normally wear not a size smaller or larger. I so wish I had of ordered a Medium like I normally wear. I've had many compliments and it's very fashionable.

Garment is smaller than expected. Purchased to wear to and from work on cold mornings. Not enough fabric to wrap around body in the breeze/wind. Fabric is not as firm as expected but is soft

It is very badly made. It is not worth the price at all. It fits really bad. It looks horrible. Nothing like the picture. ZERO stars

This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are so kind a efficient. The jacket itself is definitely oversized so I’d recommend sizing down. Great service and will be ordering from this company again.
