Tastes awesome just like Hatch chili should. Disappointed to see that they added water to a product that is very expensive by the pound.

Lacking quality control with pieces of stems and excess hard chili skins that made the product uneatable. I did strain the chilis to retrieve a 1/16th of the product to use in a salsa which had excellent flavor. Cannot return the item and I am out $60.00.

When I was hoping for a family sort of recipe regarding hatch chilies, these people definitely disappointed me. I thought my family recipe was the best.....however, THEY SHOWED US UP! How dare you make something better than I am used to! LolVery delicious and full flavored, this hatch chile blend is sure to satisfy your cravings! I don't expect this large container to last long, so get yours while you can.....before I order it all!

I am a New Mexico native living in New Jersey. We all know that it is virtually impossible to find real Green Chile outside of NM, especially East of the Mississippi! We always order in August and get a bushel or two shipped to freeze for the year. Sometimes that just isn't enough and we are forced to try to order off the internet. I was pleasantly surprised when I randomly searched Amazon and this product came up. More expensive than direct farm order, but of course worth it for the real deal shipped overnight! The flavor was great and while not quite as hot as I like it, definitely has a nice zing. Will most definitely use again when in need.

Can no longer get Hatch green chilies since we moved away from Colorado. This is the perfect product for us! We’re making our green chili with pork - so happy! The bottle contains only Hatch green chilies.

as a one time New Mexico resident this was a helluva discovery. so good! love it love it love it. only problem is the large container isn't always available, and the small jars are much less value for money. so you get hooked on this beautiful stuff, and then you can't get it, at least at a reasonable price.

Having spent a portion of my life out in New Mexico, Hatch Chile has been a huge part of my diet. Before I discovered Zia I was unimpressed with other alternatives on the market, as they just didn't have the true Hatch flavour I had become accustomed to.I have been buying Zia's Hatch Chile for a while now and I can't recommend it enough. It tastes fresh out of the roaster and I'm so happy to see it available in bulk. This Chile is the real deal!

Im ecstatic!!!! I was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM and this is something I miss everyday living in Hawaii. No offense, but these Hawaiians dont know sh*t when it comes to real New Mexican cuisine. Im tired of all these fish tacos and cabbage with aioli on everything. Best believe Im putting this on everything. Hurry and restock so I can order more!!!
