Easy to install
Not only was it easy to insert the plate into the sleeve, the screws and screw covers were seemless.

Easy, does the job, looks good
These bolted right up to a '20 civic. They look great and hold the plate securely. As long as they don't rust these are an easy 5 stars.

Fit perfectly
These replaced the hard plastic inserts on a 1990 Chevy truck. Very easy to install and saved the day.

does not work with Tesla
seems like good quality but screws are not compatible with 2023 Tesla Model Y. Tesla requires m5-0.8 so would recommend getting Rightcar Solutions' screw kit instead.

Fit my Honda perfectly.
I ended up buying a new holder to go with the new screws since these worked so well. I like that they use the Allen wrench system to make it harder to randomly remove them, but not impossible for ME when the time comes.

Works
Works as a perfect replacement for the ones that rusted out

Installed easily
Installed on a friend's recent model Explorer with 2 screws at the top of the plate & 2 rubber bumpers at the bottom. Friend found that the plate rattled at times because it did not fit tightly at the bottom. Removed plate. Rubber bumpers could be easily removed by hand. Placing new inserts in bottom square holes popped easily in place. Installed plate with the 4 new screws using the included wrench. Looks nicer than the previous zinc plated flange head screws. If you're really picky you could upgrade to the R9723 pack that has black stainless steel washers you could use to put under the screws to cover the round scars left by the previous flange head screws.OEM plastic inserts seem a little more robust, but highly doubtful the plate will ever come loose.

I am Extremely happy with this product
I was worried about using these because i live on a very bumpy road and was afraid it would rattle loose ..when i finished the install it was an extremely solid mount ..i used tape to hold plate exactly where i wanted it then with plate there i used a tiny drill and held it dead center of the plate hole and drilled ..there was no skip to the bit and went in easily i then removed the plate that was taped on ..i gradually used larger bits till i used the closest bit i was comfortable with ..i then tried to press the nylon insert but the hole was slightly too small ..i used the same bit and reamed it lightly in circular motion until i was satisfied it was close but tight ..with my thumb and with some force it snapped in ..i then used the supplied screws and supplied wrench and slowly snugged them both up ..it’s mounted very very solid .I’m extremely happy with how it worked out ..my thought is don’t make the hole too big but maybe even a little undersized..
