Seem to work while wearing shoes.
Seemed to work in shoes. They are quite comfortable to wear, even if they don't seem like they will be when you put them on.At night, they slip off. Since my long second toe requires that I treat it over night, as well as during the day, they are not practical for 24/7 use if it's required.

From the picture it looked like it would support the toes. The actual product received is so flimsy that it's just like having nothing on. Does NOT provide support. I don't understand how the other reviews can say otherwise, are they real?
