I used the product in a garage to residence conversion where the pull chain ceramic exposed bulb fixtures were there, but the junction box protruded so the fixture wasn't flush to the ceiling. So these lights worked perfectly as the base depth made it possible to install flush to the ceiling, which was much more attractive than garage lights. And I needed the light to have a pull chain. The other advantage is that the glass is clear, not opaque so that more of the light is utilized.

I order it two times thinking the missing parts were a mistake. Apparently missing parts are manufactured begin issue. Both fixtures were missing the parts needed to attach it to the ceiling electrical box. I have installed ceiling light fixtures before and I know it has to be included.

Nice retro light for my kitchen. Switch has a nice, solid feel when I pull on the chain (which was not included - had to get my own).

Great light fixture. Reminds me of a old light in my grandparent's house. My husband installed it in no time. It works great. It came with instruction if you need them.

I bought this fixture for appearance and I like that the bulb mounts sideways. It has an old school appearance which looks good with my set up.

Needed a basic light for in the basement utility room and this fit the bill perfectly.

Unfortunately had to do some adjusting and rigging to get this to work with an existing recepticle ( it had a single bulb ceramic socket) so the recepticle was a bit small.. otherwise it works great!
