You can't trust it if at all to sound off
The only way you can adjust the point at which the alarm goes off is to turn it forward on your ear to the point that the alarm goes off, then lean your head way back until it stops and then lean your head forward to a normal position. The only problem is that (at least in my case) it moves back as you drive to the point that your head would have to hit the steering wheel before it might sound off. Also if you drive for a living you already know that if you've been fighting off the feeling of nodding off you can blackout without moving from your normal driving position, then wake up heading off the road.

It's a life saver!!!

Quit working
It had potential, but quit working the third day. It was for an elderly person that nods off a lot without connecting medical equipment that is necessary while she sleeps. This is a real health hazard for her and I still need something that will wake her up.
