Starting with a 27 inch waist, I first got a X-Small B-Black, and I loved it. Easy to put on/take off. Then I decided to try the XXX-Small (once I dieted, exercised, etc., to achieve a 25 inch waist). They didn't have the B-Black version available in that size (at the time), so I purchased the D-Black. I ended up throwing it away . . . the main problem was the TEETH.The teeth on the D-Black "get stuck" . . . you can put it on (very difficult to do, may I add . . . I had to use gloves!), but you can't take it off without tearing up your hands (if you can take it off at all . . . without cutting through it with a scissor/ruining the product, which I ended up having to do to mine). In fact, I noticed that even trying to connect/disconnect the teeth of the product without even having it on was VERY difficult! The D-Black doesn't stretch well (like the B-Black does) either, but again, it's the teeth that's the main problem (not the stretch). And ironically, it's $10 more than the B-Black!Just got a XX-Small B-Black, and it was easy to put on AND take off (just as my original X-Small B-Black was), but the smallest adjustment on it isn't as tight as I thought it would be. (But measuring around my waist with it on, my waist is 23.25 inches, so it's probably correct, given that it's 22 inches.)BTW, I have a 25 inch waist (with a 37.5 inch bust), and on the smallest adjustment (without the extender), the XX-Small gives a nice firm squeeze. Not too hard on the rib-cage, but firm enough. If you have a 27 inch waist, the X-Small would be a good fit. If you have a 23-24 inch waist or below, XXX-Small would be more appropriate. But if you have a 22 inch waist or smaller, you will need to look for a different product, as XXX small is not going to give you much of a squeeze, IMO.But now that I know that my assumption was correct . . . that B-Black is the way to go . . . I'm going to purchase the XXX-Small B-Black before it goes out of stock again!FYI

I am 5-5", weigh 132lbs and have a 32" waist after 3 kids (now teens). I got the 9.45" small in beige with 25 steel bones - FYI, it is 24.8" on the tightest (1st) row and 26" on the 3rd row of hooks. Extender has 3 rows of hooks. PROS: 1) Arrived fast. 2) Does not stretch much at all which is a good thing because its tight make and steel bones force your abs to contract vs. stretching to fit them. My previous trainers would stretch & grow with my waist which defeats the purpose. 3) Although tight, the trainer very comfortable - does not poke your under-breast. 4) Forces you to sit upright due to some pressure under the breast but not enough to hurt. 5) Material is thicker than my previous trainers - does not cause my skin to bulge where it sits due to thickness (i.e no bubble butt). 6) Material seems durable, like it might go a couple of years without easily tearing/getting holes. CONS: 1) Lack of stretch makes it difficult to put on but lying down allowed me to add a tighter fit than standing up. I may tighten it gradually as my waist shrinks over time. Overall, I def. like this so far. I think it will do what its supposed to and shrink my waist. Hope this helps someone!

Bought a medium but couldn’t even get it to close because it was way too small! Bought XL (felt bad about myself for having to buy an XL! ) it does make a difference in flattening out that mom belly and hiding those love handles since I’ve been too lazy to exercise! LolI would wear a longer tank top underneath it because it’s long on me and rubs my left lower abdomen raw due to friction. It is a corset so it shoves your boobs up high which I’m not fond of since I’m already a DD! I haven’t worn it under a dress or out to shy events because I like to be comfortable and I feel this would frustrate me being tucked in, and sweaty with my boobs up to my chin! Lol I mainly wear it to work out in and keep my stomach muscles from getting lazier than they are!

So the size chart is TRASH! I measured 27” and a XXS was perfect for me with the extender. My daughter measured 30” and a XS with the extender fit her. (One size up without the extending piece) I ordered multiple sizes based on the chart and the reviews.I love it though! Super comfortable! I have a very short torso so it has always been impossible to find a waist trainer that didn’t numb my left hip.IT IS A MUST!

When I ordered this on the picture it has the extender, but when it arrived, it was missing. The reason I got the Medium because of the extender that comes with it.No longer returning it since my son’s gf has an extender that she does not use gave it to me. Now, I can wear it. I hate returning items. Good thing I asked her & has one.With that being said, I like this purchase. I have the black one which I had for more than a yr that I’ve decided I needed a new one since my younger daughter uses it once in a while, and I love my black one. I’m just glad I found an extender that works.

When I first got it I thought I could easily fit into a large. Purchased 2 extenders and worked my way down to the large in about 2 months. This bends really great and afterawhile you don't notice it's on. It's been great for my back and for excersing at the gym. 5/5!

Well made. I was not sure if I should buy “squeeze me skinny” brand or find something on Amazon. I am glad I’ve chosen this one - it is way cheaper, amazing quality (I bought 25 ribs), fits just right, hopefully it will help me to achieve my goal…

The item is clearly used, no question about it. As for being refurbished, I ordered a SMALL, received a product with a MEDIUM tag yet the measurements were for a SMALL. This is NOT a NEW product, it’s refurbished. All the negative reviews are to do the SMALL either being too small or too big, no real consistency in the size. Thats because they're refurbished...UPDATEAfter this review we were contacted about a month later and they offered to send us a NEW item, this time we received the product that we had initially received - which matches all the images.We have left the above review as receiving a new item does not erase the previous experience.

Good quality though

I've used this more or less every day since I got it and results are showing! However, it's just a tad too big so the results I'm getting are miniscule...Other than that, it's not interfering with my life at all, and I'm only aware of it if I'm sitting in a very uncomfortable position. 3.5/5

I usually don’t write reviews but this is honestly the best quality waist trainer I have seen. And I have almost spent $300 on waist gang corsets because of the Kardashians and been disappointed.It is very comfortable to wear for longer hours. I done feel the boning poking into my skin, the material is very flexible so when you are sitting it bending, it allows for the easy movement. I am extremely happy with this product.The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you size yourself down . I first ordered the 5x given my waist size which according to the chart was actually 6x . But I ended up returning that as it was too big. I ordered 3x then and it fits , but I should have gone for 2x to really use the extender and use the corset for a longer period.I would give this product 10 stars if I could
