I think this works great for calming the legs and body for sleeping. I have a lot of leg and foot pain which I am trying to figure out why. seeing a natruralpath presently to try and figure it out. But this cream does really help. It does not take away all my symptoms but helps.

I laughed when I was reading reviews because it becomes obvious that some reviews are done with the intention of getting you to hate the product. Which leads me to believe that someone is posting reviews hoping you will buy someone else's progesterone. I had a hysterectomy at age 28 and have been using bioidentical hormones for years. This works just as well as the compounded prescription progesterone, but you are not overpaying for the product. I cannot believe how much they charge for the bioidentical prescription progesterone. I really like that this absorbs so well and that it does relax you so you can sleep better.

I've used a few creams over the years. After a short while (I'll update if my situation changes) this one is in my top 3, I'd say. It's easy to apply, rubs in quickly. Isn't greasy or smelly. If it "does the job" it will stay in my top three. My favorite is no longer available on Amazon or "their" website (hello, global supply chain issues) so this will certainly do for now, and may replace the other one. Time will tell.

I have been struggling with sleep issues since I hit menopause 15 years ago. And it's not just the hot flashes/night sweats. I just can't get to sleep, and the sleep I do get is just not very deep or refreshing. If I wake up (usually to poke my husband so he'll roll over and stop snoring) I can usually fall asleep again quickly.I also use the DHEA cream from the same company and am sold on both.

I usually use the NOW brand of progesterone. It's cheap, and it works. Over the past 4 or so months I've been using progesterone for my 14 day luteal phase. Each month my period got better and better. Last month I had zero discomfort or cramps. This month I switched to using this brand, thinking despite being exponentially more expensive, it was better quality, and I only had to use one pump to get as much of a dosage as I got with 2 pumps a day of the NOW brand. But this month's period, i've been more irritable than I've been in months. And I had cramps bad enough to require medication again. I haven't had that in months, either. I'm SO, so disappointed. As i come here to do this review I see there's a 180 day guarantee, so I'm going to try to see if I can get a refund through the company, as it's too late to return through Amazon. I'm so worried that all my progress with my low progesterone has been erased.
