This is the perfect everyday watch. Its accuracy is in keeping with Seiko's long reputation as the imprimatur brand in quartz movements of startling accuracy. Its design is truly a thing of beauty and simplicity.The only complaint I have is its date window is a bit hard on me as my eyes are not as sharp as they once were.(I've had it in use now for about three weeks and it hasn't lost or gained a second.)P.S. After five months of regular use, this incredible Japanese import quartz watch has done exactly what I expect from a timepiece. It keeps almost flawless time. Having aligned all the hands & set it perfectly, I've checked it routinely against the Colorado Atomic clock (time check). In five months it has lost less than 2 seconds. Honestly. I remain more than satisfied with it primary purpose. Moreover, the simple elegance of its design and materials therein are a pleasure to have on my wrist. /LEA

I just ordered this watch yesterday, and it got here today, thanks to Prime, but that's not important here.I've had many watches and brands over the course of my life; some silly, some classy. This one demolishes all of them. Not just because it's SEIKO, not just because it's Japanese, and not just because it's silver and blue (my two favorite colors,) but because it is an absolutely beautiful watch. This is my first ever SEIKO, and I only buy things associated with Japan since I am a huge Japanophile, but to me, this watch is classy. Easy to read calendar date, easy to use and adjust, it's just a work of art.There might be newer models out there than this, but to me, this model is perfect. Definitely recommend.

My wife bought me this for Christmas and it’s been a great watch! I had one very similar, and it lasted for about 10 years. This is a good value.

The watch wasn't running when I received it. I took it to a local jeweler to adjust the band to fit my wrist and replace the original battery, which I assumed was no good. The watch ran for less than a day before it stopped, so I believe the watch is defective. I intend to return it and get my money back.

This Seiko has all the features I need.It is a good looking watch with a combination of brushed and polished metalwork.Band length is easy to shorten with included tool.Sunray dial looks great in sunlight.I was a bit disappointed the dial is so dark blue almost black under normal light.Otherwise I'd have given this watch 5 stars.

This watch was a hit!!! It’s actually beautiful. Classic expensive style. The face is a beautiful liquidy shade of blue which makes for unusually crystal clear readability. My boyfriend absolutely loves this watch.

The blue is so dark I thought I had received or ordered the black one by mistake when I first opened it up. I am a relatively petite woman, so I wasn’t sure if I would be able to size the band to fit my wrist. I had no problems adjusting the band, though I didn’t use the tool that came with the watch, and it fits comfortably. There isn’t a lot of slack in the bracelet with how it sized, so I am a little concerned it might become too tight in the summer, and I think re-adding a link would make it too loose. I guess I will have to wait and see. The bracelet seems a little light, but I think that is reflected in the price. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

Un reloj de gran calidad y acabados. Es el hermano menor y la versión económica de un Grand Seiko similar a este pero con mucho mayor precio. Quiza lo ideal es que hubiera sido automatico y no cuarzo. La fotografia no le hace justicia. Creo que por el precio, entregar esa calidad y ademas cristal de zafiro es ganancia. Muy similar al modelo Gentleman de Tissot pero por la mitad de precio. Muy bonito reloj y de calidad quiza por desconocimiento poco valorado e ignorado.

Je pense que c'est une fausse... Tout d'abord, aucun numéro de série n'est donné... Mais ce qui me choque le plus est le fait que l'aiguille trotteuse (secondes), ne soit pas bien alignée par rapport au cadran (voir photo), ce qui est très étonnant de la part de Seiko. Je vais personnellement la renvoyer car j'ai de gros doutes.

Me gustó mucho que el reloj se ve de mayor calidad de lo que el precio sugiere. Va bien con muchos estilos de vestir, y por su cristal de zafiro, puede ser usado convenientemente en el día a día.
