It is a little hard to use in MY application, I can see it working perfectly fine in others

used on a 1993 gsf400 works good. nice reach. won't fit on a 1982 yamaha xj550 the part that sticks up is too long by about a half inch.

I buy tools to make my life easier and as someone who turns wrenches on bikes for $, easier and faster = more earning potential. This tool does NOT make my life easier.I bought this product to get to a hard to reach set of mixture screws on a ZX11 hoping it would fit in the narrow gap. It did. The problem is it has no positive engagement with the screws. The "cup" that aligns the head with the hole....doesn't. The screw head does extend deep enough into the mixture hole, but fails to positively engage the screw. If you do manage to actually get it to fit into the screw adjustment slot, the wire internals do not allow for ANY amount of precision and precision is what it takes to adjust carbs.*** The description says it is gear drive. It is NOT. It works on the same concept as a weedeater with a flexible wire inserted into a shaft. No gears, no precision.I am returning it and have already purchased the Pit Boss Gear Drive model. https://amzn.to/3g39TuEWill review that when it arrives.

could this work? yes, but have you ever struggled to turn a flathead screw with a hand screw driver and gotten frustrated that it kept slipping off? Now imagine trying to do that with a hot engine while your on your knees... do yourself a favor and get one with 1/4" drive bits. You're welcome...

This item was defective the first time I used it. It is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever purchased. This is one reason why I don't like buying these types of items online. There was not enough info on the item to make a quality informed decision so I purchased it somewhat blindly. Thinking that it was not that much money I would take a chance, never again will I do that. Initially when I received the item it seemed to work OK. So the next day I tried using it to adjust the air fuel mixture screw on a one barrel carburetor. It was not strong enough to turn the screw which was like brand new as the carburetor had just been rebuilt. When the carb was off of the bike it was very easy to adjust the screw. When I needed to dial it in, on the bike, the BikeMaster tool was worthless. Upon further inspection I found that the bit had separated from the tool. I now removed the adjusting handle and discovered that the inner driver was a coil similar to a plumbing drain snake. I expected it to be a simple gear driven tool, boy was I wrong. I don't know how something that cheap could ever be legitimately marketed. What do you expect when you see Made in China. Disappointed Customer.
