When it came in, I loved everything about this system the craftsmanship of the flag and the pole. The length of both. The size and embroidery of the flag. The way the pole turns a full 360° for no tangling. The only thing that disappoints are the hooks are attached to a piece of round plastic. It did not withstand the recent 21 mph winds and completely broke on one end causing the flag to get battered and rip. If they would replace the round plastic with stainless steel or find a way to fuse it onto the rotating stainless steel cylinder it would be perfect I do not know how to stabilize that piece of plastic. Now I have to buy a new one. But I loved it enough to try again.

This is a great way to show our appreciation & thankfulness to those who protect us. We stand with them. We purchased another one for another residence & the flag really starts a conversation with friends, neighbors & people we don't even know. We fly it on the other side of our American flag. This whole kit is made well & durable. The flag is beautiful & the workmanship is terrific. Being made in the USA is a plus. Can't wait til my hubby installs it for me.

The carabiners are attached to the pole with cheap plastic rings. I have bought two of these sets and the plastic always breaks under windy conditions. The flag holds up and doesn't fray but do fade over time.

My son is a deputy sheriff and I'm a retired firefighter. Bought this to show support for both of us. Good quality flag, pole and the mounting holder. Would buy again!

The pole comes in 2 pieces. They screw together, hard plastic threads. Very hard to get them apart just because its hard to get a grip on the non-moving part to unscrew it. Not only do the clips swivel around the pole to prevent tangling, the whole top half of the pole can rotate smoothly. I cant image a flag getting tangled.The top clip is set so that it will not slide up or down on the pole, but the bottom clip can slide tightens in the spot you choose via a clear hard plastic screw. So you can use different size flags.The pole is very light weight. I easily carried my flag at a rally, was able to swing it and did not have issues with doing this for an hour And muscles never got tired or sore.Once your flag is placed in the base, there is a screw to secure it.Love the pole.The flag is a stiff polyester. As you can see in the pictures, the American flag is stiff, crinkled. These pictures are with zero wind and the flags have been up for hours. They are the same size. In comparison, the police flag hangs nicely. Soft, thick material. This flag is alot thinner and still can’t relax enough to hang. I bought another flag to replace it.But the pole is fantastic.

I bought the California State flag, and it came with a pole and bracket (pole holder) included. Afterwards/seperately, I also bought a 'made-in-America' U.S. flag from Rushmore Rose. For the Rushmore Rose U.S. flag I paid almost 4x as much, and had to buy the pole and bracket (pole holder) seperately, for an additional cost. Both flags appear to be of similar quality, and this purchase (the California flag w/bracket & pole) was much less cost AND included the necessary hardware, plus the bear on the California state flag is embroidered, not just a screen print. Overall very satisfied with value for what I paid.

The media could not be loaded.  This flag was on my porch covered out of the elements and it has completely dismantled itself. The seam on the bottom has come completely apart. Just very poor quality, the enclosures have rusted and damaged the flag so they’re obviously not weather resistant. Almost every star has unthreaded once the seam came apart along the bottom, it has continued to just freight and rip. It’s a disgrace to the American flag, and my son is serving in the US Army.

Impressed with quality workmanship of this flag. From the pole and hardware to the actual flag. Have purchased many flags for my porch over the years. Some have not lasted even a year. This was easy to put together. Will fly this flag proudly in honor of my father who served his country.
