complete sham, very low quality product
Cant believe this is endorsed by Amazon, this product is a complete sham and of very low quality. Amazon is also avoiding any liability and does not take any ownership of the problem refusing any returns. They do however take a mark up on re selling this sham of a product. Unacceptable and the worst service I have had from any online shopping platform.

Terribly deceptive !!!!
Do not purchase this bike.Do yourself a favor and buy a bike from a REPUTABLE company even if it means spending a little more.After a 2 month wait and 2 hours to set it up I was shocked to find the bike to be not only tiny but of terribly mediocre quality, unstable, and not adjustable enough. It is totally useless. Since reboxing the item, I have spent hours, days, and many weeks now so far discussing with Amazon how to go about returning the item to be refunded. The seller offered a 30$ refund and for me to keep the bike which is totally unacceptable and makes no sense whatsoever since the bike is not functional and totally unsatisfactory. After nearly a month I was told by email by the A to Z guarantee department to return the item to a specific address. I called again to ask about the shipping fees, but nobody got back to me. And so I carried the cumbersome box to a shipping company only to be told it would cost 300$ to return it to the given address. I then sat in the car for another 45 minutes on the phone with Amazon. Some agents told me I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs and another told me to not ship it back considering the costs. I will not be one more dollar for this item. I ended up taking the box back home not being able to get in touch with anyone that would give me an answer on whether I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs. This has been a terrible time-consuming experience totally unnecessary during Covid. I called them last week of September and we are now the last week of October and I am still in limbo. Considering all reviews are giving it a 1 star (and probably would have given 0 stars if possible) hopefully Amazon will remove this product and or seller from its shelves to save other customers from going through this unpleasant time-wasting ordeal.

Horrible bike
This product is horrible, it is not a pelaton but a cheap plastic no name brand bike, after assembly the pedals keep comimg off.This is a true plastic bije ready to crack open at any time.
