Overall this item is cheap but does the job. Seems to be working fine by far. It’s a bit loosely made but sturdy enough. Reason why I’m giving this 3 stars is because the packaging could be better. I received this item damaged.

Missing a few nuts and bolts. Instructions were printed in German.

Disappointing. Waited almost 3 months for a piece of garbage. Wasted money. This is the cheapest quality made bench. This is more for a child. Not a grown adult. Not very sturdy. The resistance bands can reach to the neighbors house, not much resistance. Instructions provided were not in English but had pictures which was self explanatory.

Decent little bench. You get what you pay for. Good price. The bands are a bit silly. The bench is pretty uncomfortable in the decline position and it slipped out of the lock (might have been user error) so I will use my old bench for that. Thankful I had dumbells...Was easy to put together and folds up nice. Note, the instructions are in German, but it was straight for enough.I'd rate at a 3.75. main concern is the decline position kind of sucks. But, this is a pretty versatile bench for the money otherwise.
