I Have a problem with my wrists which prevents me from putting them flat, they get very tense and because of this I’m unable to do a push-up without a lot of pain.These help me with that problem, they remove the stress and strain away from my wrist and I’m able to work out again, Absolutely love this product.Solid Build and very stable, Worth the money if you need them for your sore wrists.

Great handles for the floor to do push ups on.If you have them too wide they do tilt so practise needed to get positioning right, once you’ve established this they are a usually piece of equipment.My teenage son uses most days.

Easy to assemble, plus they’re perfect in size! So much easier on the wrists rather than hands on floor/exercise mat.I actually don’t use my exercise mat when using these push up bars!

I bought these so that I could do pressups and floorwork as I had some issues with my right wrist (all good now). They are very stable (I'm about 95kg) whether used on tiled floor, wood floor or carpet. Also, if they are there looking at you, you're more likely to use them.

I would give four stars to this item .These push up bars do the job-definitely work chest muscle much more in comparison to normal pushups.Made from strong and yet light material- easy to disassemble and carry with you if exercising somewhere else.The only problem I find is the rubber a bit too thin where you hold the bars would prefer thicker version which would make them more comfortable to use-because when you weigh 16 stone(100 kg) and all your body weight rests on your palms your need padding around metal.But not a big issue -so for this price definitely recommend

These are good quality bars. Ideal for push ups at home. I use them as part of my daily workout and have found them to be strong and sturdy. I am 16 stone and they support me fine. The have a nice finish and I am very pleased with the product.
