The ONE star ratings are TRUE
This is JUNK. Was not the dark color I ordered. The stitching was coming apart. The Steel Bit was beat up with sharp edges. There was discoloration on the nose piece. I read the reviews but was sooo confused by the huge differences. One star compared to five stars??? So I took a chance. Mostly because of the price. The only thing I could salvage from this was the chain chin strap. I tossed everything else into the trash as it wasn't worth the shipping cost to return it. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Horse loves it, I hate the color
My horse loves this hackamore but I would love it more if it came the dark brown as shown, but I got a light colored leather piece that doesn't match the rest of my tack. Disappointed that I have to try and put oil on it to darken it but other than that it works great.

Arrived rusted….
I don’t understand how this happens… the item arrived at my house already rusted. The lever arms on the side of the mouth as well as the buckles to adjust the nose band was so corroded they wouldn’t function. The chain for under the chin is completely rusted as well. This can’t happen in just a few days of being shipped this item was sent out like this. I absolutely would discourage anyone from buying from this seller. Disgraceful!
