I like the product and I really see a difference in ...
I like the product and I really see a difference in firmness and tightness in the few days that I've been using it on my face. However, the reason for my review of one star is due to the seller's customer service. Due to the seller not updating the tracking information, I did not know where my product was and it actually sat in the heat, in my mailbox for two weeks. Amazon contacted them and they have yet to update the information. I like the product but will be ordering from a different seller next time.
